I've had such a positive experience with all the staff here. I actually look forward to go to the dentist now. I have gotten cleanings, all of my fillings redone to white ones which were previously gray and deteriorating, and crowns here and feel confident in my smile now. Thank you to all the great staff for making this a comfortable place I can trust!

After having negative experiences at other clinics, Dr. Koch and his staff have really made me feel at ease. Easy to work with for appointments, very knowledgeable staff and a relaxing view. They really worked hard to make each visit comfortable. I leave each time knowing what is financially expected and informed about the best ways to keep my mouth healthy. For the first time in years I don't stress about going to the dentist. I highly recommend them to family and friends.

I’m beyond ecstatic with Oral Health Associates. Personally, I despise going to the dentist. Here, they make in pleasantly painless. They offer a friendly environment and flexibility. Both are appreciated as I’m a busy mom who works full time. Dr. Gardner is great. He listens intently to what I have to say and addresses my concerns or questions with high regard. On top of that, all of the staff are great to work with and I always leave with a glowing smile. Just move to upper Wisconsin and was very lucky to get a great recommendation from my current dentist to contact Oral Health Associates for a dental implant. Dr. Brian Koch and his team are excellent and extremely talented. Every process was explained in detail and performed flawlessly. The office makes the entire experience stress-free and professional.

You will not find a better dental office! Every staff member is genuine, friendly and professional. They make you feel like family and provide exceptional dental care! Dr. Brian Koch is phenomenal, the hygienists are excellent at what they do, and the ladies behind the front desk are so kind and helpful. We are so thankful to have found Oral Health Associates!

Dr. Koch and staff are top-tier. The customer service, including the text reminders, smiling faces (even beneath masks) and attention to detail is of the utmost quality. I have been a patient since 2018 and have no plans on leaving!

I have been going to Dr. Koch for over 4 years and he is absolutely AMAZING! He is kind mannered, incredibly caring and wonderful at what he does. I have never once had a bad experience and he's done everything from root canals to fillings. His gentle manner is very calming. I don't even mind going to the dentist because I know I am in good hands. His staff is also super! They are all so nice and happy to see me when I walk in the door. They greet me by name and make me feel like I am a superstar patient. I would HIGHLY recommend Dr. Koch and his wonderful staff if you are in need of a dentist. You will not be disappointed!

When I moved into the area I needed to find a Dentist who could fix a problem that I had ongoing for some time. I asked my Physician who he would see. He recommended I go to Oral Health Associates. He said that they were very professional, knowledgeable, and did outstanding work. I couldn't agree more. When I first met Dr. Koch we had an instant connection. He made me feel at home. He was very thorough, personable, and caring. And my concerns about my teeth were his. You can tell when someone is passionate about what they do.
