The staff here is amazing, they make you feel so welcome. This is the best dentist I have ever gone to. Dr. Koch is very personal and conveying. I have never had a bad dental hygienist. The receptionist are flexible and kind. Highly recommend this place!

Dr. Adam Koch is wonderful! Before I came to Green Bay to see him, I had been seeing a dentist in Madison, and was told I needed to replace multiple crowns and undergo surgeries. Dr. Koch gave me an honest evaluation, and much of that work didn't need to be done right away. He is very friendly, and gentle. I appreciate the honesty and expertise at Oral Health Associates; they are my go to dentist.

My entire family has been with Dr. Koch (and his father, prior I believe) since 1986. I have been seeing him for 26 years myself, and my daughter for 7 years now. They have the best secretaries at the front desk, the best assistants and hygienists and Dr. Koch is the best as they come! I strongly recommend this dental office for younger children. I was greatly impressed how the hygienist explained every single procedure during my daughters office visit. Five stars!

Dr. Glime and his associates do an amazing job. They listened to my concerns that spiked my anxiety about a filling redone and made me feel good about my smile again. I had a chipped tooth and called the minute I realized the problem. I was a new patient and they were able to get me an appointment within 2 days of my call. Dr Adam Koch is not only a phenomenally nice person, he is an excellent dentist. The rest of the staff are extremely courteous, friendly, and very professional. This clinic is absolutely amazing! I found them through Google reviews, and decided to give them a try for an emergency filling last March (2017). The clinic found time and slotted me in immediately. I hadn't been to a dentist in over ten years, and was very anxious. Dr Gardner, and the rest of the staff took the time to get to know me, and understand my apprehension on seeing a dentist regularly. After learning of my fears, they did everything possible to accommodate me and ensure that I had a great experience.

Another huge concern of mine was not being able to afford the treatment, or being surprised on the price at the end of treatment. Fortunately, the clinic was able to provide me with an estimate for my dental work, that was accurate down to the penny, before any work started. They have some of the best pricing around, and the service throughout the entire clinic leaves nothing wanting. Through all of this, they have earned a customer for life. I recommend them to anyone that will listen, and encourage anyone who needs a dentist to try this clinic. I guarantee you will be impressed.

I have had horrible dental experiences in the past that left me very terrified to go again. My husband finally talked me into going to Brian Koch. Brian & his entire staff made me feel so at ease. Because of not going to a dentist for a long while I had a lot of work to be done. After all the routine work was done I opted for cosmetic enhancement! I can't believe it took me so long to feel like I could smile again.

Doctor Brian Koch is extremely knowledgeable and answers all of our questions throughly. He explains all procedures prior to performing so we feel comfortable and confident. I would highly recommend him as a Dentist to anyone. His experience and professional manner exceeds all expectations. Additionally, the staff at Bay Oral Associates work well together and are very accommodating to people with busy schedules.

So impressed by them in so many ways! I appreciate how helpful, understanding, and accommodating they were for me today. I am between dental insurance and they made sure to implement the most cost effective option so that we could post pone the larger procedure for when my insurance is active while still making sure to take care of my pain. The worked to get me in the same day I called and took time to explain my options before booking the appointment. While there Cindy was so kind and made sure to offer every and anything possible to ease my anxiety (squish ball, headphones, even a hug). I appreciate the dentist, Dr Gardner, and again Cindy, for taking time to truly explain the procedure in depth so that I understood exactly what was being done. The receptionist were so knowledgeable and took time to look into prices once my insurance is re-established. Every employee that I encountered went up and above any expectation I had for today. Brian Koch DDS is my new dentist and I am so glad that I found him! He is gentle and explains what he is doing. He clearly has a high level of expertise and skill. My dental fears are over! I can relax because I am in good hands. The entire staff is warm, friendly, helpful and caring.
