Great place to go all around☆ Only complaints are, in the past, (more than once) a regular check up takes up to 2 hours! So, allow yourself enough time if you go. This last appointment was the fastest one I've ever had and it was slightly over a hour, so maybe things are improving. Other complaint is I never seem to have the same people ever. In the past I've been handed from 3 to 4 ppl in one visit and then when i go back the following time its a new group of people. Call me crazy, but I'm not a fan of the dentist to begin with, so seeing a familar face and being familar with there work is something that puts me more at ease. I don't get that from this place.

This was my first visit to Aspen Dental in Plover. It was a very good experience. All the staff were personable, very knowledgeable and provided all the info and care I needed. I am extremely satisfied and will continue my care through this office.

Very glad I decided to go here! Was extremely anxious and dreading the whole ordeal, but the staff was friendly and kept a positive vibe which helped keep me calm. Staff was very thorough in explaining x-rays, future procedures, costs, etc.

I went in for my appointment at 7AM, after a short wait they took me back for X-rays, they took the one that goes around your whole mouth and then 8 plus others because that machine doesn't give
good results. I was then lead to my room where I waited 25 minutes for the Hygienist to show up. She checked my gum pockets and said the doctor would see me next; that is when I learned they weren't even going to clean my teeth today, this is only a consolation. While waiting for the doctor, I noticed the guy next to me getting short visits every 25 minutes too. He was next in line and after over 35 minutes I went to see what was going on. The person at the desk went to check on the doctor and hurried him to our room. He went to the other guy, who was first and after being there for 1 hour and 20 minutes I left without seeing the doctor and went to work. I am not happy with this service, if it takes 80 minutes to do 10 minutes of work, how long will it take to have work done.

I've been a customer at Aspen Dental for about six months now, and during my experience there, I have been pleased to be able to say that I have always been satisfied by the customer service experience. I have never had any issues at all with the staff, they have always been quite helpful and enthusiastic. I would have no problem recommending Aspen Dental to anyone I know for anything they might need there.

I felt instantly comfortable the moment I walked into the Aspen Dental Office. I was greeted by all of the friendly staff with great smiles and listening ears. My husband and I were told that this was great and I agree 100%. Thank you so much.

I hate the dentist. Probably stems from horrific experiences from childhood, with a dentist who honed his craft in World War II. The staff at Aspen Dental in Plover were extremely patient with me, a confirmed dental basket case. Kennedy and Katie were friendly and calming. Dr. Reyes was knowledgeable, thorough, and most of all, I didn't feel any pain. The cleaning (the part where they remove all the soft tissue in your mouth with that pointy metal tool) was painfree thanks to the sonicwater jet thing they used. Same superclean feeling, minus the blood, tears and pain. Finally, David was great about going over the charges, running the insurance, and detailing different treatment options. Even better, they were willing to work with my schedule to get me in quickly. I am SUPER impressed. So impressed, that I will bring my kids here for their dental care.

I was not taken to the room until 40 min after my appt. then the Dr was tied up for over an hour and I finally left the office without exam by Dr. I never received info about my exam. No phone no email except the one asking for this survey.

My visit was alright. The staff was nice. But the time waiting wasn’t good. I waited almost an hour for the dentist to come and talk with me after my exam.

Horrible experience. Had two teeth extracted and the Dr. decided to drill the jaw bone to get the roots out. I informed him I have never had dental work without antibiotics and he said they hate to over prescribe. So the teeth were pulled on Thursday I layed around all weekend in extreme pain. So this morning I was waiting when they opened. Told the girl I was there to see someone due to being in extreme pain. She came out basicly accusing me of shopping for pain pills. No one looked at it so don't know if it's dry socket or infection. She handed me a prescription for antibiotics and said take this. Two hours later a hygienist called me to see if I could come in today for a cleaning. LMAO um n0. Just wanted to add it is no 5 hours after the original post. Still in unbearable pain but yet not a soul reached out. I am glad this happened in the infancy stages of my plan cause now I know I wouldn't want to go any further with the care plan.
Here I am 5 days later pain worse the ever. I still am not sure if u'll be it is an infection or dry socket. I know with them not returning my call I will not return. There is a reason they are cheaper.
Got a call they wanted to clean my teeth tomorrow. I said are you kidding me my mouth is killing me. Any pain for a week after the procedure is nothing unusual I was told. To be in this kind of pain for going on six days would be uncommon in brain surgery. I highly recommend you find a more patient friendly providor.
