I had gone in for an opinion on replacing a bridge. Their ads said implants costed such and such, but when I got an estimate, it was far higher than what I expected. Otherwise, staff and doctor were great.

My appointment was scheduled by the VA, ASPEN Dental was authorized one appointment via fax for a cleaning and fluoride treatment by the VAMC Madison WI. I get to the appointment and they don't even have me scheduled for a cleaning. They want to take xrays which are not authorized. This place is a waste of time.
