Excellent Customer Service. Office Manager helped me with the 3 different types of new patient paperwork before my appointment. All employees were very Professional, Courteous, and Friendly. Very good work environment. Everybody worked together with every procedure done. Great experience!

The whole team did a great job during my procedure.

I was new to the area and needed a new dentist immediately for my son. He had an abscess on his baby tooth that was infected and needed care. They got me in within a couple hours of opening on a Monday morning. After the emergency visit to figure out what was going on, they got us both back in about an hour and a half later for full cleanings and X-rays and got us scheduled quickly and easily for our cavity fillings. The office is clean, the staff and Doctors are kind, professional, knowledgeable, and caring. The equipment is up to date and efficient. There was no push to have any unneeded procedures or upselling, giving it a pleasant atmosphere. Oh, and my son loved the pin-ball machine and other games in the waiting room. Not sure why other dentists haven’t thought of this!

The staff was courteous and caring and Dr. Christopherson could not have been more gentle while dealing with a very angry tooth. The end result was no pain during or after the procedure and having both the Doctor and the staff listen to my concerns and help me deal with the problem.

Staff were friendly and the Doctor was great. Easy to get an appointment within a reasonable amount of time. The entire visit was as pleasurable as a dentist office can be.

Getting tooth prepared for a crown today, was very comfortable the whole time. Dr. Cyphers, Lisa and Brittany were extremely gentle and efficient I was really impressed. I'd definitely recommend them. This is my 3rd visit to this establishment and they all have been great experiences.

This is my third cleaning since moving to Cheyenne. The entire office staff is amazing, from receptionists, dental hygienist (Sandy), and the dentists.

Everyone on the staff were super nice and very knowledgeable. I was scared at first because I feel I have really bad teeth and never really been to a dentist before. They helped me come up with a dental plan and reassured me that I would be taken care of. I would like to thank everyone at East Pershing Dental.
