East Pershing Dental

Dr. Christopher has put on 2 crowns for me. First one was off a little in size so he had it made again. The second one was great. Both crowns have been perfect with no problem chewing or pain. Sandy has been my hygienist for years and has helped with several issues. All staff are professional and easy to work with. So personable and kind. Appointments are always on time. Highly recommend!

I really loved the service I got! Everyone was kind and really listened. The only down fall I have was the billing. Usually other dentist will send you a bill before charging you a late fee. After my service they had asked for $160 up front I explained that I get paid in 2 days then it went to $215. Usually other dentists will work with you, this place didn’t want to work with me. Being a single mom it’s hard to come up with money like that. Overall everything was good except the billing. I will find another dentist that will work with me instead of charging me crazy fees.

It was a great experience, went really smoothly. The team is Amazing ,especially Taylor Landon, she knows exactly what she is doing. Very professional and great customer service.

Was over billed by $1,700.00 dollars on my dental work. Then lied to about receiving a phone call from them to tell me that they had mad a mistake on the estimate to insurance. Then billed me $1,500 dollars more after the work was done. Then said oops. And lied to me.

I had an AMAZING EXPERIENCE! From entry to departing, every person was so lively, genuine, sweet and welcoming. The ladies at the desk were so helpful, miss Louise was so gentle and effective with my cleaning and my DR. Cyphers was SOOOOO Sweet, insightful, proficient and just a joy to have as my oral care Dr. Thank you for a wonderful 1st visit! Ready for my next one!

Had my first cleaning at this office. The staff were friendly and I was pleased with the cleaning. First impression, the only thing "modern" about this office is the online paperwork and rushed dr. The exterior (terrible eye sore) and interior of the building are very outdated and unkept parking lot. Along with mismatched and bandaged old eye clinic interior, I was disappointed with the so-called "remodel".

5 Stars! Without a doubt, one of the easiest and most convenient dental exam/hygiene cleanings I have ever had. I called on a short timeline and asked if they could get me in...they did. Outstanding service that was very professional. Facility was great and the staff was very friendly.

Absolutely best dentist around! Dr. Zach loves what he does and it shows in his uplifting attitude and beautiful work. His attention to detail is extremely comforting especially when getting cosmetic dental work. His entire staff is a reflection of him, very caring and attentive. And the fact that they are a one stop shop, they do it all. Quick and easy. Can't ask for a better group of people to take care of you.

All the staff is wonderful and caring! Sandy was great! My teeth are sparkling, and she was in a great mood at 7am. She has some kind of superpowers! The whole office makes it convenient for me, by offering appointments outside of business hours. Great dentists that take time to explaining thing to me. The office staff always greets me as soon as I walk in the door, and they all remember my name.
