Gentle Touch Dental

As a self pay patient, I appreciate how they try to save us money without compromising our health. Jocelyn did my deep clean, and Dr Jeffers did fillings, and both of them live up to the name " Gentle Touch". Without criticising or scolding they taught me well how to take care of my teeth in the future. I highly recommend Gentle Dental!

Bright and cheery office! Many trips to the dentist include dark offices with that “dentist office” smell that triggers anxiety in many patients. This office is brand new, with all the bells and whistles of 21 century dentistry. No anxiety here.

The physical building is amazing, but what keeps me coming back are Dr. Steele, and her caring and wonderful staff. From the moment I check in, through the whole procedue, I am treated very well, and kept informed and educated on what is being done, and why. Thankful to be kept in the loop as to my oral health.

I would highly recommend this office if you are looking for professional, and prompt dental care in Cheyenne Wyoming!

I have an irrational fear of dentistry. Because of that, I generally only go in every couple of years. Now I have a disease causing my teeth to basically crumble. I waited until I couldn’t stand it anymore. That said, this place is so good. The mess in my mouth is very painful, but these folks haven’t hurt me at all. I still flush and shake before appointments, but I haven’t felt pain, and they are deserving of their name. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

I had a excellent cleaning and left with a better knowledge of what I needed to help myself to have better teeth.

I had another appointment and had a tooth filled. Great job without pain and no shot. Five Stars

Went in super scared and expecting to pay an enormous amount of money but didn’t! All of the staff there are super friendly and nice! Good prices too! The lady who cleaned my teeth was so calm and helped me relax. She explained everything that she was going to do before doing so which was amazing most dentists don’t do that! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

This was my son's first visit since we moved here, he had the same dentist since he was 2 years old. The staff and Doctor put him right at ease and answered all of his questions. I asked the receptionist about dental coverage options and she was very helpful, even calling an insurance company on my behalf. Everyone was friendly and eager to help, this was a great experience for me and my son.

They not only work with the VA, they are always kind virtuous and attentive. The staff is amazing and the Dentists are top notch!

I wasn’t happy because I felt like I wasn’t heard. That my needs and concerns were brushed off. After explaining my special needs three times regarding a different medical procedure I had done the week prior it still wasn’t taken seriously. They did a shift change in the middle of my visit causing me to have to explain my special need again. The new tech seemed irritated that I need something outside the box. I wasn’t happy and won’t be returning.

I give them 5 stars. I went to them for a second opinion on a tooth that was bugging me. They took me in and Dr. Jeffries did such an amazing job and treated me so good. He even called me to see how I was doing and if my tooth was feeling better. I went there because of the Google reviews. If you need dental work done I highly recommend going there I was treated so well by the staff also. Thank you
