Gentle Touch Dental

I had a great experience, they are very quick but also very efficient. Overall I hate the dentist and they definitely made it easy for me to want to return to get future work done.

Seems like a good dentist. Problem is we scheduled services then paid for the services and got a receipt. We were told everything was paid in full. My wife comes in 3 months later and we are told we still owe $20. Sounds like either you don’t know how to properly bill or your adding things on the back end to make more money. Wish I could sell a service to someone complete the service then come back three months later and tack on more cost for no additional service. When you tell someone a price that should be the price.

I've always had a good experience with this practice. The staff is always busy getting you back to work, back to life by getting you into the exam seat on time which is essential with my busy schedule .The doctors at Gentle touch make sure that the work that is being done is thorough, correct and as comfortable as could be expected. I definitely recommend Gentle touch for anyone who wants a good dental experience.

With every visit to this office I have to do 2 pages of paper work. It doesn't matter if I was there 2 weeks ago, they need 2 pages of paper work about me ,my gender, my address, my social security number and insurance information. The office staff has completely changed since I began using this office. Once they were efficient and accommodating and now are are more slow and belligerent with an attitude that they are doing tou a favor by helping you. I'll never go back to them again. It sucks because when they first opened their doors they were a very different place.

Everyone from the front desk to the dentist are friendly and professional. Both the dentist and hygienist explain things as they go and do their best to make you feel comfortable.

The staff was very nice, especially since I was having a bad day myself. I don't like getting x-rays, and think it should be optional for the patient to decide whether they want them or not. There seem to be alot of trouble getting the x-ray machine to fit me properly which was uncomfortable. But all in all the girl was very nice and I am very thankful that you were able to get me in as quickly as you did. The rinse you gave me worked great! Thank you!

I love Gentle Touch Dental! The office is clean and bright, has new technology and equipment, and is comfortable. The staff is friendly and competent. My favorite hygienist is Angie, she is does an amazing job cleaning my teeth, is super knowledgeable, non-judgmental, and very thorough. She makes the experience completely pleasant and I wouldn't go to anyone else. Dr. Steele is very gentle and caring. Overall a wonderful dental practice, can't recommend it enough! :) - Amie Siemens

Had a great experience at Gentle Touch Dental. Staff was welcoming and friendly. The hygienist did a great job on my cleaning. Dr. Hoang was extremely knowledgeable and thorough. Best experience I've had with a dentist. I would highly recommend them for all your dental needs!

I go here about every 4 months and have consistent, gentle and affordable cleanings. I am so glad I stumbled upon this dentists office as they always work with and impress me. Diane has been a wonderful hygienist. Over the last year I’ve come to look forward to my appointments, instead of being nervous about them.

I was able to get an appointment very quickly, actually the same day. I had tooth pain. The staff was super nice from the moment I walked in the door.

Everyone was professional, knowledgeable, and did not talk to me like an idiot.

I was expecting a root canal, much to my surprise the dentist suggested an alternate plan with a follow up in two weeks. In don't know if it will work. This is the first Dental Office where I was not told I would need major work after a basic examination. The Dentist took his time asked questions AND listened to my responses.

I needed a porcelain crown, I asked for it to be dyed blue. I was told "No Problem." I now love having a blue tooth.

Had a great cleaning today. Callie did an awesome job. I also had some cavities filled. GTD always tries to complete work in the same visit. When appointment becomes available, I have received a call to offer it to me.

I have been going to Gentle Touch for just over a year now. The staff are warm and friendly. Jocelyn always does a great job and she is a joy to talk with. I had a chipped tooth that I was not planning to have fixed, but when Dr. Steele noticed it, she fixed it free of charge! Above and beyond! She takes great care of me and my family! 5+ stars!!
