I cannot say enough great things about this place, especially about Kendra! She was AMAZING! I’ve never had such a great experience like I did here with her. She made me feel super comfortable. She was a great conversationalist, super cool and funny, but also kept her professionalism. I’m 7 months pregnant, and she took every precaution necessary to keep my and my baby safe. Dr. Slykhous was great, too! She was very nice and attentive and professional. I will recommend this place to everyone, and I will definitely be back once my baby is born!

From the moment I called for an appointment, I was greeted in a polite manner. They helped me right away and listened to my needs. When I arrived at the office, I was greeted warmly by all the staff. The doctor and nurse were super understanding of my fear of the dentist and made me feel very at ease. First visit was nice but we were told we desperately needed invisilign and to replace a crown. Our previous dentist never said anything like that. Today we had our 6 month cleaning. I got a new hygienist (first day, first patient). Water spray everywhere, didn’t use a suction so I got to swallow all of my plague and junk or choke and hair kept getting pulled and tangled with the tubes of the tools. Left a mess. Got charged for X-rays I didn’t need because they are good for a year but they insisted on doing them again. My husband scheduled with hygienist he had before and received a new hygienist also. Miraculously our desperate need for invisilign and crown disappeared because our X-rays were fine. I paid for our visit before we were seen and then when leaving got asked to pay again. I said I paid $112 prior and scheduler said that was just for me. In the beginning I had specifically asked if payment was for both and she said yes it’s a $50 copay for both. Suddenly I’m paying another $130 because that wasn’t the case. Not happy at all!

This office is great! I love that’s it’s newer and so nice all around. The new patient appointment was so thorough and focused on building a relationship in addition to the needed dental review and cleaning. I have never said I love the dentist, but that may be different now! Everyone was extremely friendly and knowledgeable and I enjoyed my experience thoroughly!

My hygienist Becky, took over an hour with me today. I have been experiencing anxiety and elevated BP and she sat and talked with me for a half hour prior to my cleaning to make sure I was comfortable. I cannot recommend them more highly. They truly care about the health and well being of their clients and it shows!
