I went to the wrong dentist, it was a different location but I’m glad i got mixed up because the customer service so far has been amazing and informative. I was seen yesterday front desk staff i didn’t get her name but she went above and beyond my appt was at 12n so would love for her to get that shout out and Becky was bomb. Great recommendations and i love the treatment plan guidance to make decision during these challenging times. It’s nothing like feeling dope energy from someone who loves their job and working on your dental work. I look forward to a lasting relationship which if the service stay this way i see it no other way.

Dr. Do and her crew took care of me from day 1! I’m so grateful for the expert service they provided and the kindness they showed. I actually looked forward to going to my dental appts! And now I have a gorgeous smile, all thanks to the beauties there! 10 out of 10 recommend!

Absolutely fantastic! I was on vacation from Nebraska and my front veneer fell off. They were able to get me in for an emergency appt right away and back to vacation I went! The staff was top notch! Very friendly and knowledgeable. 100% recommended!!

I’ve had my share of nightmares and anxiety visiting dentist. Anyways, I woke up at midnight with a toothache and started searching for one and found this place. With just scheduling, I was confident that I’ll be in good hands. Then, the day of the appt, I was extremely amazed of how polite and friendly everyone was and that includes the doctor. Even though, nothing was done at the time of my appt, the doctor was so caring for my health before extraction. Most doctors would rather just go on with the procedure with no hesitation. So, if o could give 10 outstanding starts, I would. Thank you to everyone that has made my first visit a visit to remember!

Becky was an amazing hygienist. I stayed away from cleanings for years because of bad experiences and In just 1 cleaning visit they’ve got me hooked. From the amazing and friendly staff to the warm and welcoming office atmosphere I can’t decide on what’s better! 10/10 from me!

At first my family and I really enjoyed coming here but now the staff and customer service has changed. After every visit I seem to have an issue. The communication between the staff gets lost in translation. I have had so many numerous issues that I am eager to finish my treatment in December so I can find a new dental provider for my family.

Everyone here is always so friendly and professional. Plus you get a free quip toothbrush if you’re a first time guest! There is a reason why so many people I work with go here - very clean and beautiful inside as well.

When I first started going here in 2020, I was very happy with the practice. In 2021 when I had some cavities filled I had a pretty tough time with the procedure, especially after the dentist accidentally stabbed me in the lip with the syringe she was using to numb me. When I had my most recent visit, I was told by the hygienist that a "spot" they'd been watching was still there, but was no big deal, and then the dentist came in and said it should be filled soon because now it's a problem. They also told me a few other "concerns" they'd never addressed before, including needing Invisalign treatment, and sent me on a way with a treatment plan totalling $6K after I told them I wasn't interested in Invisalign. They also contacted me last minute to try to cancel my appointment because they didn't have staff available, but were suddenly able to keep the appointment when I told them I had no other availability this week. Needless to say, I'll be finding another practice.

I’m a fairly new patient at AZ cosmetic & family dentistry at the 43ave location but they are amazing. I bring my son with me to my appointments and they have no problem keeping him busy while I’m getting an exam or a cleaning. Madison, who answers the phone is very nice. Lety is very helpful with explaining things about insurance and cost. Overall I’m very pleased with the care I’ve received at AZ cosmetic & family dentistry.

I had an appointment at 3 pm and my daughter at 3:30 pm.that I always get there around 15 minutes early than the time. When I check in they told me that only my daughter was going to need to check in because I already was checked in. Ok! So they called my daughter like around 8 to 10 min. to get in so I didn't went with my daughter because I figured they're going to call me anytime. No! They called me to tell me how my daughter was doing and what she needed and send me to check out. It was 3:30 pm. So I asked about my appointment? They told me that my appointment was at 4 pm. I was so disappointed. Fist I was supposed to have the appointment first, then from 3:30 to 4. I was not happy at all.
