I have gone several times. They are very friendly and do a great job. The last appointment i was alittle taken back. I went in to get a tooth pulled and they put a quote together for almost 700 with insurance and i didnt understand the extra 600 charges as i have never been charged for the extra fee before. They said it was mandatory and they would not waive it. And then stated they could do a cheaper version for an additional 125 on top of the extraction instead but would not waive from that. I waited for the denstist to explain it. She seemed very frustrated about my questioning the additional fees. So i told them okay if i am here i will just go ahead and do the extra service cause it needs to be done. At that time they stated they did not have enought time to complete the extraction because i took up to much tring to understand the quote but they could reschedule me later that day. I said no and left. Out of all of this i will not go back. They are very knowledgeable and great dentists, very sales like though. I would rather someone explain something to me vs just telling me it mandatory, especially when that was never the case prior. Other than that, never realy had a problem. I did go to another dentist that day and they were able to explain the situation with the extraction she wasnt wrong but lacked the ability or time to help me understand what was going on and why this tooth was a special situation vs my prior experiences with extractions.

I went in for a cleaning after moving here from another small town state I have always been told I have strong healthy nice teeth, I was told I have two cavities and a crack in one tooth I would need a crown and wanted me to book asap and wanted over $1,700 even with insurance, something didn’t feel right, I went back home to visit family and my dentist of fifteen years had a cancellation so I got a second opinion I trust them, I had a great checkup no issues at all no cracked tooth or cavities , beware of these chains out here, they are not honest

I absolutely LOVED Becky. She spent time with me to really understand what’s happening inside my mouth. No one has ever done that. It makes sense for people to understand when the doctor makes her recommendations for dental care! I have already recommended the office to a friend who is looking for a dentist. They were helpful from the moment I stepped in the door. Dr. Do and all the nurses were amazing. They truly cared and made sure I was okay at every turn. Compared to my previous dentists they showed a side of compassion and liked to actually laugh as well. They were professional and efficient while not taking hours on my dental work. I will be telling all my family and friends to come here. It’s worth every penny.
