I have been going to this dental office since before Dr. Hebert took over the practice. I have been a patent with Prescott Dental Arts from the time it became that and I have not once been worried about the care I get there. Unfortunately I needed a tooth extracted a few days ago. I have now received 3 emails with follow up instructions to help insure I heal as fast as possible. DR. Herbert and his staff have modernized there practice a lot and it does help having these automated messages come it to remind me what is expected. I am also happy that I have been given 3 options for how to proceed, DR Herbert explained each one and what the advantages and disadvantages to each are and has not pressured my towards any procedure. Very happy with the care I have received.

Dr Herbert is a top notch dentist. He recently did a dental implant for me, explained all the options, took time to answer questions, and did a great job with the work. I also did the KOR dental bleaching process, which took my hopeless tetracycline stained teeth from gray to white in 8 weeks. Incredible. The staff are great, I recommend this practice to anyone.

I originally contacted Dr. Herbert because he has a lab right there in his office, but, when I arrived for my appointment, I was very impressed with the level of care I received. I need many different procedures done to my teeth to obtain a nice smile, he took the time to explain, everything in detail listen to what i wanted, work with my payments the staff from the receptionist to the assistant were very nice i believe the whole staff and Dr.Herbert. actually care, and that I am not someone to get in and out as soon as possible.
