Very professional staff, excellent customer service from the front desk to the dental technician and Dr. Herbert. I arrived on time and was taken immediately to my scheduled appointment. I would highly recommend Dental Arts!

Dishonest. Doesn't bill your insurance. Charges for extras never performed. Way overpriced. Terrible customer service. 10k dental implants for 30k, or 30k implants for 55-60k (in Las Vegas and Phoenix). They think too highly of themselves like most businesses in Prescott.

I went for my first visit to Prescott Dental Arts yesterday for an exam and tooth cleaning. The entire staff at the office were very friendly and made me feel like the cared. They were also very professional and treated me with respect. The care was first rate.
Dr Herbert was also very friendly and professional when discussing my x-rays with me. He also took the time to listen to my questions about my teeth. The overall experience was first rate!

Dr Herbert and his staff are very professional and show a lot of kind caring attitude towards their patients. Today Dr Herbert did the work to get a crown on my chipped tooth and I am very grateful for the work that was done for me. His assistant and the staff are always very kind and very professional so I feel very welcome when I walk into their office... Thank you!

I have been to more than a few dentists and Dr. Herbert is the best, by far. I am continually impressed by his quality of workmanship as well as knowledge. When it came to creating a treatment plan for the work I needed done, he listened to my goals first. Then, he presented the options as well as the financial consideration. Together, we derived a plan. It is going great. This review would be incomplete if I didn't mention how equally impressive and attentive the staff is. Great job and thank you.

Worst dental experience. Everyone seemed to not know what they were doing and unprofessional. From the beginning I was expecting to pay what they were promoting on their website, $125 for X-rays, cleaning, exam. Then when I asked the front office lady on the phone, she told me $150 and I thought okay that's fine I'll pay it. Come to find out it is a rip off. The "hygienist" didn't get all of the build-up on my teeth and only used a prophy cup. You would think for a first time patient they would at least offer a deep cleaning in their "special" but it was the worst cleaning. The X-rays that she took were all blurry and you could not even see if there was any decay and no one thought that maybe she should retake them. On that note, a new patient exam should have full mouth X-rays... all they took was bitewings. I opted out for the panoramic because I just took one at the oral surgeon a few months back and they didn't even write down the place I had the panoramic done, so they can have it in my file. The doctor was not helpful, very quick and impersonal and not detailed at all with the exam. I don't know why they have so many good reviews. I mentioned when checking out that the promotion on their website said $125 and they did honor that, but took off no money even though I opted out of the panoramic X-ray. The older lady at the front desk was nice though. Not worth the money even though it seems cheap, would not recommend to anyone.
