What a marvelous experience. I love Dr. Herbert's philosophy about not overbooking appointments, then having to rush, and be tempted to take a short cut to make up the time. Lots of pressure off right there. That sold me; and everyone's attitude as well. It was very nice when he looked at the x-rays with me and explained everything. Glad to find my new dentist here in Prescott with the very first visit. ( I'm fairly picky.) And Stacy, my hygienist was excellent also. Hats off to everyone (front desk too). A very informative and pleasant appointment. Thanks everyone.

One year later and another two visits. Still very happy!

7/18/17 Just finished up my 4th visit with Dr. Herbert. Am as happy today I was on the first visit over a year and a half ago. I highly recommend this practice. You will not be disappointed, unhappy, or in pain.

My Prescott Dental Arts experience was lovely. Everyone was so nice and gentle! I was well care for and I’m glad to have found a wonderful dentist for my family.

Dr. Herbert and his dental hygienist team provide gentle and highly professional treatment. His office staff are efficient and always smiling. It's easy to relax in the chair when I can trust those who care!

Dental work for the most part is not pleasant, that is just a given. I had 4 bone grafts in my upper center front jaw....Need I say more?

However, when you have a great dental team...Dr, Herbert and his staff are professional, very nice, sensitive, knowledgeable and have the state of art equipment and do a very good job in making one's dental experience a very good one.

Consider making your next dental appointment with Dr. Herbert, all dentist's are not the same in how they do their work, how they and their staff treat and make patient's feel.

With Dr. Herbert, it is possible to get very good dental care and be treated with fairness, respect and the UTMOST PROFESSIONALISM, oh and did I mention, the entire staff are very friendly and make you feel relaxed and comfortable?

I had a broken crown replaced. Dr. Herbert explained each step, made sure I was comfortable and did a fantastic job. He took as much time with me as needed and I felt like my treatment was important to them. And the new tooth looks amazing, fits perfectly and was painless.

I have unusual dental needs as a throat cancer survivor and Dr. David and his outstanding staff are amazing. They are the only practice here or in the Valley who really understand the needs of post radiation patients, as Dr. Herbert's background is in the most complex cases and their office uses the latest technology. As you've seen in the numerous positive reviews, they also are friendly, professional, compassionate and reasonably priced for self pays like me with no dental insurance. I'd give 10 stars if I could.

Dr. Herbert shows that he cares for his patients. I appreciate his concern for my health. I will keep going to him. My husband likes him too. He keeps you informed as he does his percidure which I think is important.

I called several offices for an emergency appointment this week (for an abscessed tooth). Dr Herbert's office was my 5th try. Fortunately for me they had a cancelation and I was able to be seen. Even though his practice is out of my accepted Dental Network during the consultation I quickly made the decision to stay with his practice for the following reasons:

1. Professionalism. From the very first contact. Not only professional, but kindness and empathy relayed over the phone.
2. A very busy office, but totally prepared for COVID precautions.
3. Treated with respect. After the XRays, Dr. Herbert went over a detailed Treatment plan with several options. No " hard sell" on the most expensive option. Time lines
for treatment spelled out; all my questions answered. He can do ALL the work himself with no need for referrals out.

All in all I was VERY pleased with my initial experience. I believe that I'm in good hand. I have a lot of Dentist phobia from some very traumatic early dental experiences. All of the aforementioned reasons allayed those fears. I have already referred three friends.

Going to Prescott Dental Arts completely takes away any fear I have with seeing the dentist. Dr. Herbert is very caring and amazing! I recently chipped my front tooth and his office got me in right away! He explained to me exactly what to expect and he did a phenomenal job at matching the filler to the color of my tooth perfect! My family and I couldn’t even tell there was anything wrong with my tooth in the first place! May I add that Stacy made me feel at ease with my cleaning and made sure I was comfortable the whole time! A Big Thank You to Dr. Herbert and his wonderful staff!!

Dr. Herbert and staff have taken great care of me for the past two years. They always spend the time needed and never pressure you into decisions. I'm also impressed that they do not "oversell" unneeded procedures. In fact, Dr. Herbert honestly told me that he is always happy to do what we want, but that I actually did not "need" a procedure that would have been $5,000 out of my pocket and into his! Laurie, their dental hygienist, is thorough and gentle in her service. She talks with you about your teeth and what she sees, but very appropriately defers specific questions outside her scope of practice to the dentist. Great dental office!
