The Denver Dentists

Hands down the best dentist I have ever been to. I usually don't write reviews but I had to. Everyone was extremely nice and cleanings are done with care, no rushing or anything. They give you headphones and the remote and can watch anything you want while the cleaning is performed.

The staff is very nice and attentive here. My husband is a regular patient and we had an insurance billing issue that took about five or six months to resolve, and the billing staff here were nice enough to wait that entire time for it to get worked out. Dr. Burson seems pretty skilled. The reason I will never return, though, is how loudly they play the ambient music. The walls do not go all the way to the ceiling in some or all of the rooms, so to preserve patient privacy and for HIPAA, they have to play music VERY VERY LOUD throughout the entire place (even the bathroom!). If you happen to hate loud music, like I do, this will make your dental visit here markedly unpleasant.

I thought I had okay experiences with these fokes at first. A few thousand dollars later I finally am able to get the hygienist to look at my teeth. I was told I needed a special more invasive cleaning because I had gingivitis. How can you argue with a professional if they say you have gingivitis… I agreed to the cleaning and decided to use my savings to cover the $600 out of pocket treatments insurance won’t cover. (Irrigation and Laser) I was told after these services my gums would go back to a 1 or 2 if I keep up on my oral home care. I have kept up on everything they’ve told me since this cleaning. My gums have never felt worse. They bleed and hurt constantly now. My gums on the roof of my mouth are pulling away from my teeth which they never were like this before..I can barely put a brush to that area now. I’ve went in to have this checked and they say nothing is wrong. Prior to these cleaning procedures I never had any issues with gum pain or bleeding. They won’t re-do the procedures even though clearly if didn’t work or they damaged my mouth with the procedures they did do.
I always kinda had a feeling they were taking me for all they could get. I clearly have an infection going on. I suppose I have to get a second opinion and spend even more money if it means saving my teeth. Be careful if you go here
And get a second opinion before you jump into things.
You might not need all the work they say you do and the special cleaning may go very wrong.

I went here to get a crown fixed. I was a first time patient so they wouldn't just fix it (despite it being extremely temperature sensitive and painful). They required full xrays, photographs, and for me to sign off on a multi-thousand dollar treatment plan, with me not getting a crown until maybe a month later as part of that plan. And that's all fine but what isn't fine, is the very dire exam results. I was told I have an infection antibiotics won't treat. I was told I have tons of bone loss. I ended up getting a second opinion elsewhere and it's true that I do have a few issues to address but it's nothing even close to the fearmongering results that were explained to me in order to get me to sign off on a treatment plan. Also, the place is expensive corporate dentistry. Glad I made the decision to go elsewhere.

Amazing customer service and everyone is super kind and they explain everything with details. And if you’re worry about English they speak Spanish too. My dental assistant was gabby amazing service in all my exams

Everyone was great and very caring. They went over everything with me in detail so I could know exactly what to expect. I felt very comfortable and like they were looking out for my best interest. I just moved to Denver and am very happy I found The Denver Dentists!

I found a place I love! Location, staff, and overall experience of the office was amazing. Everyone is friendly and so helpful about walking you through all of your options. They play great music too! 😉

This office is efficient and professional. I was able to get in for an appointment for a painful tooth within 4 days as a first time client. Scheduled for procedure in the next 2 days after the consultation. Dr. Burson was direct and clear about what would happen next. I left knowing exactly what to expect. Thanks for taking great care of me!

Update: Every visit since the first has been fantastic. Can’t thank this team enough for going above and beyond and staying late for a last minute cosmetic fix. You all are wonderful and make visits to the dentist a delight.

I love my visits here! It’s a very inviting atmosphere and everyone is friendly. Plus, they have a service dog, Winston, who makes the visit that much more enjoyable. Would definitely recommend Paige, Dr. Burson, and the rest of his staff!
