The Denver Dentists

UPDATE: I am now emailing the Dental Board about this business. I never authorized all the work my insurance claims they did.
OLD REVIEW: I went in for a basic cleaning and came out with a $3,000 tab that I had to pay out of pocket. When I called my insurance to double check what is or isn't covered under my insurance plan, the insurance company told me the majority of the work is covered. So this dentist charged me for work that should be covered and with a pandemic, I felt cheated and lied to. I do not recommend this dentist.

I was scheduled for a Friday appointment and last minute got moved 4 days earlier which was totally fine but when I arrived I was informed that they would need to take all new set of X-rays. I was not comfortable with doing this because I had just had some taken 3 months ago and I told them I could have them but not right away. They then charged me a $75.00 cancellation fee. This is despite my not originally having this appointment and because they did not inform me they would need any of my records, until after k was there. The front desk staff was not friendly, or accommodating and just wanted to push me into getting more X-rays. I am extremely frustrated and will be filing a BBB report with this organization as well.

The absolute best dental experience I’ve ever had. The staff is incredibly hardworking, professional, and simply down to earth. If you’re in the denver area looking for dental care this is the place to go! Thanks guys!!

I’m getting my teeth cleaned and they literally feel like a brand new set of teeth; and they’re not even finished yet! I’m so excited because it’s been a few years since my last cleaning and all I want to do is smile. I appreciate the staff! Everyone was so friendly and down-to-earth, which made for a comfortable experience. The office was extremely clean and sterile and I could even watch Netflix! How about that for your local dentist! Super High-tech and they meet all of my dental needs and they have parking. I highly recommend going!

Edit: They just called me a few hours after leaving the review, and threatened me with legal action. NEVER EVER EVER GO TO THIS DENTIST. If you have a bad experience they will try to shut you up with threats.

GET A SECOND OPINION BEFORE YOU ALLOW THEM TO DO ANY WORK. I met with one of the dentists 6 months ago, and he told me that I needed to get my wisdom teeth taken out, and two cavities filled. I just got back from another dentist who told me that my wisdom teeth are fine as they are, and there are two cavities, one of which needs to get filled and the other should be watched for the next few months. They are trying to gouge you of your money and force procedures that you DO NOT NEED. If I went through with getting my wisdom teeth taken out I would have lost thousands of dollars and a week of work. Make sure you get a second opinion before you get any procedure done at this place. I will NEVER return.

The Denver Dentists is a very pleasant place to be! Everyone was super nice, the hygienist was soo nice and explained everything to me in detail. The office itself is gorgeous too. There's paintings everywhere and its just very comfortable-feeling! I'm happy I found them!

Dr. Burson and his team at The Denver Dentists are so awesome. I had been going there for my routine dental work and their kindness and professionalism made me feel so comfortable. When it was time to have my wisdom teeth taken out two weeks ago, I was even more impressed. Though Dr. Burson and his team took their time, I was out of there in a jiffy. They were quick and efficient. I felt no pain and had no complications following the procedure. I would give 6 stars if I could!

Absolutely the best dentist in town. Services are top notch. Wife got her braces done here and they did a fantastic job. The staff is wonderful and caring.

I am not usually one to post a review, let alone a positive review, but I had a very positive experience at this dentist office! I had some difficulty looking into where to get my dental work done after recently moved here, but am very pleased by the appointment I had today. Everything about the experience was better than any I have had in 20+ years. Comfortable office and very kind staff. All my questions were answered very thoroughly

I scheduled a new patient visit with Dr. Burson and I was pleasantly surprised. I have had disappointing experiences in the past and was skeptical. I already had an idea of what was wrong with my teeth and the areas that were concerning me so I was very happy to see that they were able to identify the same issues. The office staff was wonderful and they took the time to outline the steps needed to get me the smile I wanted. The front office staff even took into consideration when to schedule procedures based on my insurance so that I would be able to maximize the amount of benefits that I could use. I’m really happy I found Denver Dentists because I feel that there an honest caring group of people. And the best part is their dog Winston that will visit you during any stressful procedure!
