One of the best dental experiences I’ve had. I’m new to Denver and am glad I found this practice. I felt heard as a patient and I felt supported. Every person that worked with me was kind and caring. I will certainly continue to get my dental care here and I will be recommending The Denver Dentists to others.

I found the Denver Dentists just by searching through my provider, but I am so glad I ended up making an appointment. I had not been to the dentist in almost three years and they made my experience so enjoyable! From the initial appointment schedule, to the text reminders and confirmations, it was exceptional customer service. I already made my next 6 month cleaning appointment. Dr. Burson and his staff were so nice and their advice and expertise were genuine.

Had a wonderful experience with Dr. Burson and his staff. They were all very friendly and made the appointment comfortable for you. I didn’t have to wait for my appointment at all on the day of and only called a few days in advance to schedule one initially. He took time to chat and get to know me and the office had a warmth to it. They also have great deals for cleanings, exams, and procedures for those who aren’t fortunate enough to have dental coverage.
Overall, a very good experience!

Highly recommend this office! First, the office is absolutely adorable! The ambiance is amazing. They even provide smart TVS on the ceiling so that you can watch TV while you’re laying on your back! All of the office ladies were welcoming and friendly. Dr. Burson had wonderful bedside manner and provided a great deal of knowledge about my plan of care. Will definitely be making this my home dentist!

Beautiful office in a super convenient location! Called and the front desk got me scheduled right away and were super helpful getting my insurance info figured out. Dr. Burson was really great to talk to and really helped put me at ease. My cleaning was great too, there’s nothing quite like that fresh from the dentist feeling! Even got my six month cleaning scheduled on my way out the door, super easy from start to finish.

I recently moved and switched dentists. Requested a records release form to get x rays and exams from my old dentist so I would not have to pay out of pocket or go through this process again and the receptionist said “We do not do that for you”. Every medical office I have been to has requested records from other facilities so it goes directly from office to office once the patient signs the form.

I wanted to cancel my appointment since I was scared of having to pay out of pocket for an exam but went through with it anyways. The assistant took me back and told me to take all of my earrings out, which I have never had to do for mouth x rays before... I told her some are too difficult to take out, so she proceeded anyways. When we were done, the x ray machine was not shut off properly and kept moving. I had already picked my phone back up and the x ray machine that was still rotating in circles hit me in the back of the head and got close to my phone which started to make a weird electric noise from the radiation. It still works but hard to tell what glitches that could have caused to it...

Then the dentist comes back to look at my teeth and x rays. I can hear him saying my earrings should have been out and after he pokes around in my mouth he tells me I need 3 fillings because I have cavities. I was shocked and told him I had never had a cavity before. They quoted me at $750 for the procedures and that insurance should cover most of it. I was not convinced insurance wouldn’t deny these claims as apparently my x rays did not seem up to par with my piercings.

I went to get a second opinion from a trusted dentist I had previously out of town and they also reviewed the new x rays, I was told I did not have any cavities or decay in my teeth. One of my teeth had some staining that looked like it could start to decay in a few years but that they could just keep an eye on it at check ups.

It’s a major red flag when a dentist doesn’t educate you or give you other options for treatment such as a preventative sealant or PRR instead of a filling which is more invasive and in this case would have been unnecessary. Listen to your gut and get a second opinion if something sounds fishy. I realize now they might have put up a fight with getting my x rays from my previous dentist because they wanted to claim that their new technology can pick up clearer images or whatever and to charge me for unnecessary procedures.

I usually do not post reviews but this was a situation that I think could be helpful for the practice to be aware of and potential clients.

Great experience going to the dentist! The staff is super friendly, Dr. Burson immediately makes you feel comfortable and knows exactly what he’s talking about and does everything he can to make sure that your experience is pain free and nice. He keeps it real with his explanations about what’s going on and this truly is one of the best dentists I’ve ever seen.
See you in 6 months for another super cleaning!

This office was amazing immediately upon walking in with a warm welcome and amazing artwork on the walls. The staff was amazing and they have a service dog named Winston who eases patients. By the end of my appointment, I had all the information I needed and felt very satisfied for the plan going forward to get to my healthiest smile.

I really appreciated my visit to The Denver Dentists. There was a level of personalized care that I haven't yet experience as a new patient in dentistry or any other form of public health. They took great care not only to recommend work in my best interests, but they also presented all the options clearly with financial implications, making sure I made comfortable with every decision. I'm very glad to know they will be taking care of me as a long term patient.

The top objectives at The Denver Dentists are patient safety (due to COVID) and comfort and Dr. Kenneth Burson and his staff excel at both! They are friendly and knowledgeable and I felt they had my best interests at heart. Dr. Burson found a cracked tooth (due to teeth grinding) and suggested a crown. He didn't pressure me, but laid out the facts (even showing me a photo of the problem tooth) and let me decide on the procedure. I went back the next day for my temporary crown (they make temporary and permanent crowns in office - very convenient). The procedure was painless and temporary crown felt great! I'm impressed by the entire experience so far and would definitely recommend Dr. Burson and The Denver Dentists!
