THIS OFFICE CARES ABOUT YOUR HAPPINESS IN YOUR DENTAL CARE! I had a rough start, but everything quickly turned around. I spoke with Dr Peifer who very patiently listened to my grievances about the other Dr (I don't think the other works there anymore). Dr Pfeifer was willing to let me switch over to him for my final placement of temp teeth and to fit for a nightguard. Michelle, one of the assistants, was amazing to work with - very patient and understanding. She found several issues with my temp teeth and did a whole new set. They genuinely care about you, your teeth and your happiness with the staff. I gave them a second chance after a bad experience with Dr C, I just wish that all of my visits had been as great as today's visit! In addition, I sent my husband in to see Dr Lily. She took great care of him and is a joy to work with!!

I was scared to death and embarrassed before I went in. I had some serious periodontal problems. The staff is amazing. They catered to every need I had. They were thoughtful, kind, and not judgemental at all. I had root scaling and planing that went off without a hitch. This is hands down the best dentist office I’ve ever been to. No joke, I was terrified to go the dentist, they made this a pleasant experience. I can’t say enough good things about this place. A+

I had a toothache and Dr. Pfeifer was able to get me in the same day and get me out of pain! I couldn't be happier. His team was amazing! His assistant Ivona went above and beyond keeping me comfortable and relaxed during the entire time I was there, even retrieving a blanket for me to stay warm during my visit. The thing that impressed me most was the level of professionalism of the staff, and the cleanliness of the office.

These guys are why people hate dentists! I scheduled an appointment to get my first cleaning. Instead of getting a cleaning they chatted me up for an hour, consequently not having time for a cleaning and I had to make a follow up appointment. We left with recommendations for over $3,000 in work. Then I get my insurance bill from them and the some sort of xray they triggered cost me $720.

To be clear I have a bill for $720, an estimate of work for over $3,000 and I still didn't get my teeth cleaned.

Stay far far away from these people unless you want to mortgage your home to get your teeth cleaned! Worthless!!!!

Had an appoitment today with Dr. Yev. And his assistants Natalie and Sarah, from the moment I went in i was greeted with a smile. The doctor and staff were very professional and friendly. The office is really clean and trully modern. I had a very thorough examination and during the procedure i was comfortable and relaxed. During the entire appointment i was informed of everything that went on. Over all i rate the office and the staff 5/5 and would recommend anyone looking for a dentist to go to this office.

I really appreciate stuff expecting me so fast, as an emergency visit. I was in major pain and so many clinics that promised "emergency visit" didn't have it.... No words. This clinic had me in same day I called. Thank you very much.

The atmosphere in the office is very inviting and relaxing. I am terrified of dentist and the smells of the dental office alone give me anxiety. Not this place though. All of the staff was super friendly and made me feel at ease. Came in for a checkup and a cleaning, found out I needed a crown (insert panic moment) but Dr Yev managed to keep me calm and completed my procedure in one visit!!! No 2 week wait with a temp crown while the perm one is in the lab! And did I mention absolutely painless!!!! Fast, efficient, and pain free! Special shout out to the wonder woman in that office, Michelle!!! This girl can do 10 things at once (and she also kind of looks like her).

The only reason I give any stars is because I am being made to.
Quite possibly one of the worst experiences in my 35 years. Don't go here unless you have $$$- Otherwise they just treat you like you are bothering them. Sat there for 5 HOURS to pull a tooth.... And the dentist refused to pull it so I had to pay "Oral surgeon" prices instead. Absolutely not worth your time!!!! Oh and just in case anyone is wondering-- Current $ to PULL a tooth.... $700!!!! HOLY COW!!!! I paid $155 and waived all their stupid fees and recommendations. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!

Love the staff at this office. And Dr. Pfeifer is the best!
