Cheyenne Mountain Modern Dentistry and Orthodontics

I've had several procedures done this year, and it has been a fantastic experience each time. Dr. Lily and her assistant, Monique, did a wonderful job on all of my dental procedures. The front office staff also helped me through the scheduling and billing process, so everything was easy and stress free. 10/10 would recommend to a friend.

Dr. Dasbach and her assistant Samantha did a fantastic job on a tooth where I lost a gold crown. They removed a large cavity located below the previous crown, filled up the tooth with porcelain and placed a new crown. They did it with extreme care to make me comfortable and avoid any pain. A great team, I thank you very much and looking forward to seeing you again for any teeth issues. A great job with care.

Dr.Pfeifer and his staff are absolutely incredible. Look no further because this place is literally the best of the best! Not only do they do general dentistry, but they also have the specialist come to their office so you never have to drive elsewhere! The staff is always so friendly. They offer pillows and blankets, and something to drink while you wait for the Dentist. If I could give more stars I DEFINITELY would.

Today my wife visited the office for a root canal and crown they completed the entire procedure in one visit. The staff here are awesome they have genuine care and concern for their patients. Everyone from the receptionist to the dentist were compassionate, professional and courteous. Michelle and Dr.Pfeifer were outstanding, did I mention that I called for an appointment one day earlier and they got us in the next day. Most other offices has a two week long wait. They have truly earned my business.

***** HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS DENTIST OFFICE! And here's why:

A month ago, I was literally sitting in my car in an immense amount of tooth pain, calling dentists all over town begging for an appointment and I needed one right then. Of all of the dentists I called, Cheyenne Mountain Modern Dentistry was the only dentist to simply say "Can you come right now? We will see you immediately"

And they did, they got me checked in quickly, and started taking xrays after numbing me up, to get to the bottom of what was causing me so much pain. Dr. Lilly is easily the nicest dentist (the nicest doctor of any kind honestly) I have ever had the fortune of meeting. She is SO genuine, compassionate, and empathetic, she makes you feel like YOU ARE THE MOST IMPORTANT PATIENT, and you can tell that she honestly does care. She gave me her prognosis, and she referred me to one of their specialists that comes into this very clinic. So I left that day, got my medications, and within a couple days I was feeling completely pain free.

Fast forward to today, I went in SUPER anxious and nervous to have my root canal and crown and filling done, and it was the best experience I had ever had at a dentist. They even got me in a few minutes before my appointment time, and answered all of the countless questions I had about everything, and they did so in a very encouraging and patient manner. Overall, there was MINIMAL pain, Dr. Tran completed the root canal in under 15 minutes, was so kind and he also genuinely cared and was so gentle and quick yet thorough! Dr. Lilly and Michelle and the other dental assistants helped with the rest of my procedures for today, and they were all so sweet and worked so well together. The entire staff is just fantastic, I have nothing but praise for them.

Michelle, thank you for going above and beyond and buffing my teeth to make me feel better about their whiteness. I never would have imagined seeing my teeth the way you see them, but somehow you helped me overcome that silly insecurity and I feel so good about my smile now! I cannot tell you how much that means to me, I've struggled with confidence in regards to my teeth for such a long time. You and Dr. Lilly have a special place in my heart, for all the kindness you showed me today, and for making my visit the best dentist visit I have ever had even though I had so many things done today! You stayed 37 minutes after closing time, for me. I will never forget that. My husband was shocked when I got home and had all of these awesome stories to tell about all of you, he was also excited to see how confident and happy I was after my appointment today, because normally the dentist is my worst nightmare. I CANNOT thank you ALL enough. ❤

Absoutely amazing staff!!!!! Dr Pfeifer was phenomenal, he broke it down piece by piece what could have caused it and how to go about treatment, best dentist I’ve ever gone to!!! HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND! You will not be disappointed in this office, wait time was only about 10-15 minutes and the staff was very helpful and caring, tell everyone you know to come see dr pfeifer you will be very satisfied!!

Just a visit for a routine cleaning but it’s always a great experience to have such an interactive and considerate dentist. For me, getting your teeth cleaned isn’t the most pleasant experience but I really enjoy the interactions that Dr. Pfeifer and I have, and I look forward to continue working with him and his team!

I’ve been seeing Michelle Reynolds quite often the last month to have adjustments made to some dental work. Each and every time I see her I am relaxed and comfortable, it’s more like visiting with a friend than a dental office. I highly recommend this practice, everyone there is kind, compassionate, gentle and caring. I actually look forward to my appointments now.

This place is amazing! Called and got in next day and day after that got my wisdom teeth taken out. Both dentists each visit very understanding and answered all my questions fully and did not make it seem like I was a pest to them. I haven't been to the dentist in many many years out of fear and there was no shame with the amount of work I had to get done. I already made many more appointments and ones for my family. This place has won my heart with their customer experience and care. They have multiple payment options too which really helps out if you can't pay all at once.
