Cheyenne Mountain Modern Dentistry and Orthodontics

Yesterday I got a cleaning from their hygienist Michelle. She was smart, funny, gentle and yet thorough. She took the time to explain any of my questions about dental hygiene, which made me feel comfortable in her competent hands. My teeth and gums feel so clean!!!! I never want to go anywhere else!!!!😁

Just had a root canal...no pain at all! Dentist is wonderful the staff are friendly and caring. When you check in for your root canal, if you get a root canal, ask the front desk for nitrous oxide when you check in, was only a $40 up charge!

Routine cleaning was okay, felt pressured to have a major surgery by every person entering the room. Had my wisdom teeth removed with no post op instructions and no follow up as well as no explanation of why it took an hour and a half after my appointment time to be sat in a room. Specifically mentioned that I have a severe reaction to codeine and was prescribed hydrocodone. Very frustrating experience all around.

I had a broken tooth that needed to be addressed before it abscessed. They made an immediate appointment for me and made suggestions based on my financial restrictions and recommendations for long term care of my teeth. They truly take your needs into consideration and actively care for you by the entire staff’s professionalism and knowledge. My care with three root canals and a crown was superlative and I will continue to patron there with ringing endorsements. Thank you all!

Dr. Clare was WONDERFUL. She really genuinely cares about her patients dental health. Made sure that I was comfortable the whole time. I’d definitely recommend her. What an amazing dentist and also dental office and staff!

I hadn't been to a dentist in a little over half a decade before my visits here. All the staff were very friendly and helped me relax. Thanks to these guys and their wonderful work and patience, I'm back on track with my dental hygiene. I actually can't wait to come back!

A great place to go if you need your teeth cleaned, or minor dental work. I wouldn't recommend them though, if you're looking for surgical work. I had my wisdom teeth removed here recently, thinking it'd be nice to find somewhere close to home that was in my network. I had to call multiple times, and practically BEG to get my pre-op information. I didn't get it til the day of my surgery. When I got my procedure done, all I got was a little sheet that covered the first few days of recovery. Since then, I've had multiple questions that have gone unanswered. I didn't receive a follow up call at all from the Surgeon to see if I was doing okay, or if I had any questions. I've called in to complain about pain, and all they did was take my number and never return my call (MULTIPLE TIMES). They seem like they're too busy to give the same level of service, I was used to from other locations like the one on Powers. Patient beware.

I was lucky enough to meet Dr. Pfeifer and his staff while on an out of state trip to Colorado which unfortunately included me needing a tooth extraction. I was a bit nervous, as I’ve had a poor experience in the past with an extraction. Dr. Pfeifer explained the entire process carefully and the extraction experience was so much easier than I anticipated. While I hope I never need to have another tooth extracted I might just have to drive down to Colorado to see Dr. Pfeifer if I do! Thank you Cheyenne Mountain Modern Dentistry!

The people here are super nice and the TVs on the ceiling a plus but that's about it. It was the most bizarre dental cleaning I've ever had. The hygienist did the norm and took xrays first. After is when they usually poke and prod you for cleaning but this place polished my teeth first then cleaned? It was super weird and afterwards my teeth didn't even feel clean. Then they proceeded to tell me how great my teeth look but still said I need $830 of work done because my current fillings arent good enough. I've never heard this so just not a great experience and I'll be going elsewhere for a second opinion.
