I needed to have a tooth pulled and was in pain. They were able to get me in quickly and get me out of pain. We also developed a plan to avoid further issues in the future. The hygienist was by far the best ever. I needed a deep cleaning and she did it as quickly and painless as possible. Thank you!

I was an hour late and Megan( best dentist ever) and the team at aspen were more then understanding and had me back out the door in under 15 minutes.

I think it's a good facility, but I waited a while to be seen after check-in, waited again after x-rays, receptionist didn't verify if I had insurance, and doctor was rushing to get me out of the office. I wasn't asked if I needed something 4 pain & when I requested some meds from the doctor she faxed in meds that I could possibly have an allergic reaction too. I couldn't get it reversed until this morning. They're good doctors inside aspen dental, just be on top of your own stuff to make sure you're taken care of. They have 3d technology and did a through checkup during my exam. I think that since it was monday they were real busy. I go back friday 4 my cleaning so hopefully I won't have a long wait.

Way too expensive, and I have good insurance! My husband and I have seen them a few times, and was ripped off. They charged me over 1500 for a periodontal cleaning for him, then gave me a different price for me later, come to find out a lot of what they charged him for was optional but never told us. Then months later, we both go for a check up, and told me it was 100% covered by insurance. We go to the appointment, and they ask for payment of $150! Unless you have thousands to spend here, go elsewhere!

More like a used car lot than dental office. You schedule an appointment for what you want done and they take things in a completely different direction. Went in to get a chipped tooth fixed left being told i needed 9,000 dollars worth of work done with insurance. I could get all my tewth pulled and dentures for less than that. On top of that they advertise crowns without insurance for 800 and something dollars without insurance and i have insurance and was quoted 960$. They encourage you to apply for a loan to pay for their services then when they see you get declined the tone changes because they see you aren't going to be able to afford their outrageous prices. Dont even waste your time with this dentist office they just want to get as much money as possible from you their not trying to help anyone but themselves

Went in for a repair of a cracked upper and to have anot her upper made for a backup. Waited around 2 to 3 hours before being taken in back to be seen. After another hour or more I finally got my old upper repaired and sent to billing with no mention at all of getting a replacement made. And yes I did tell the reception guy at the beginning of this terrible experience and also the young lady doing xrays and the actual dentist. I will not be returning to Aspen Dental

They are the first medical service I have felt really cared and treatmemt received was like magic, filled with care and comfort.I bless and PRAISE God because I had been in severe pain for day without confident when others were contacted for dental treatment. and care. I had prayed to God many days before referral to them for treatment and care. They were a God sent and positive result. THERE IS NOTHING GOD CAN NOT DO, IF IT IS HIS WILL AND TRUST IN HIS FAITHFULNESS AND HOLY WORD. GOD NEVER FAILS TO HELP THOSE WHO LOVE HIM AND HAS PROMISED TO PROVIDE FOR OUR NEEDS. HE HAS PROMISED TO NEVER LEAVE US AND TO. BE WITH US UNTIL THE END OF TIME.

I made an appointment for a dental cleaning. I arrived a few minutes early for my appointment just to discover that they are running behind, 30 minutes later my name is called and I have my x-rays taken. I later find out that this appointment is just a health screening and that I would need to make another appointment for my cleaning. On the day of my cleaning I receive a phone call from Aspen dental informing me that they will not have a hygienist schedule and I would have to reschedule my appointment. I have never experience this lack of professionalism and customer service. I will be taking my business somewhere else.

While everyone on staff was very nice the efficiency of the office/appointment was awful. I was there for 2.5 hrs and spent most of that time alone in the dental chair watching tv. It was a huge waste of my time. I didn’t even get a cleaning which is what I was there for. The bathroom was also very dirty and smelly.
