Too expensive without insurance! Some charges my insurance refused or cut the price to pay them. Great company, but charges way too much.
I arrived too early, and yet they were able to accommodate me. Very friendly and helpful during my entire visit. Charming ladies and gentlemen in the entire office. Originally went in for a cleaning and found a cavity. Eased my concerns and fixed my tooth painlessly. Thank You Aspen Dental for an amazing experience!

Aspen Dental in Columbus, Ga has the worse customer service that I have ever experienced in my life. My son is in college and his appointment was cancelled twice. He came to the office from College, for a cleaning, and they said that the system was down. He was told to come back on Monday, so he stayed in Town. When he got to the office they said they could not accommodate him. The staff in the office was very rude and nasty, and I hope that no one with Tri-Care will attempt to go there. They over charged his insurance for his first appointment, and did not care about him traveling. The only reason that I chose a chain dentist was because there was another office close to my child's college campus. They seemed to be racist and harsh. I will be filing a corporate complaint as well.

I made my appointment online for 9:45 am onTuesday 11-04-2022. Was asked why did I need to see the Dentist, said broken tooth in pain. Arrived at 9:40 signed in giving my drivers license and insurance card. My insurance card didn’t have the word or anything about Dental insurance so I was told they had to check to see if I had Dental insurance. Filed out the paperwork and while waiting I checked too. Okay at 10:50 I went to the desk to see if there was any kind of questions or problems. I was told they were still checking. About 10-15 minutes later I was taken to have X-rays, then to see the Doctor and hygienic. Taken back out front, waited 15-20 minutes taken to finance office talked about how much the treatment would cost. I told the lady I just wanted to get that tooth g pulled and the other problems would have to go month by month. The lady told me how much it would cost for that one tooth and copay. I agreed and sign the necessary paperwork, it’s about12:50 for her to tell me I had to come back at 2:00 to get my tooth pulled. I will NEVER GO BACK. This was my second time there, first time the Dr. left a hole in my mouth. Thought I would give Aspen another chance. No NEVER AGAIN

Very dishonest and disappointed in the level of service or responsibility in this place. If you want to be lied to or your information shared aspen dental is the place. If you want a quality dental place you might wanna go someplace else. Samantha and everyone in there staff will open your mail and never tell you about it. They will act like the phone they received is for them and attempt to keep it and do nothing but lie to you. As a patient they will forget you In the back room for hours for no reason. But personally this place is trash and can't even pick up the trash around their dumpster.

Every member of the Staff is ALWAYS professional, welcoming and nice, every last one. They always explain everything they are going to do before they do it so I always feel comfortable. Aspen did a good thing when they hired Daniel he belongs in the front of the house he is friendly and always upbeat, having someone like him up front to greet customers as they come sets the tone for whole visit.
