I will never visit an Aspen dental facility again! It was my first time there and I never had an experience such as this. I scheduled the appointment and I had to wait 3 weeks to be seen for a tooth pain. Ridiculous! But I decided to give it a try. 1st, the day before the appointment, a staff calls to ask for your insurance information over the phone. I gave it to her and said okay, my appointment is at 3 pm correct. She says no 9 am. I said specifically 3 weeks ago, the appointment was made to be at 3 pm. She placed me on hold. Finally was like can u come at 1:30pm. I said okay. Appointment day comes. I get there and want to be seen specifically for 1 tooth that's causing pain. The doctor took forever trying to see all the other issues with my mouth that I know of already, walks out. Go consult with the front about $10,000 worth of work outside of my tooth that's bothering me today! I'm in pain and they are discussing everything BESIDES my initial reason for the visit. All while I'm still waiting, an upset customer asking for a manager. Manager speaks to the customer rudely and goes back to her office and I can hear her talking poorly about the customer behind her back. She was a foreign lady, didnt get her name. I should've left then. It was bad! I waited 2 hours for nothing, no services was done AT ALL! I'm still in pain. Their main focus seemed more for invisalign. I hate that I didnt research this office first because I wouldn't NEVER stuck a foot in the door there. To anyone that needs to see a dentist, PLEASE call every dentist office before getting to Aspen. I'm sure you'll thank me Later.

The staff is very friendly. I was greeted at the door and from there every position in the building treatment me with humility and respect. I would definitely recommend Aspen, more specifically the location on Veteran Pkwy.

I went in for an emergency visit because I broke my back tooth and need a crown. Instead of doing a regular cleaning and crown they decided to tell me I have gingivitis bordering periodontal disease and would need to rip my gums up and clean them and place antibiotics. I have heard there is no real proving periodontal disease and they try this with most of their patients. To which there treatment would’ve cost me $1400.00 with insurance and refused to do my crown and regular cleaning without treating the periodontal disease that I do not have.

My first initial appointment was yesterday, and it took a very long time just to get the ball rolling. I was sitting there for hours and so much pain. But after all of that was done I felt like the staff was friendly and helpful. I was really excited to get the work done that I've been wanting to get for a very long time but couldn't find ways to afford it. The payment plan I was set up on was expensive but it was worth it. Knowing the pricey procedures that would have took me a long time to pay for it once I'm able to pay for it over time and start enjoying food again. When I went back today for my cleaning it was smooth and fast and I was out of there in less than an hour. So overall I enjoyed the experience.

The staff is very friendly and they care. Just make sure to give yourself a decent block of time to spend there. My first visit consultation took 2 hours. I had a scheduled appointment and it still took almost 45 minutes to be called to the back and another 30 or so minutes to be seen by the dentist.

I really can't articulate what a wonderful experience I had at Aspen. It was so refreshing to have staff see you as a person and not just another number or just a face in the place. I was a very fearful new patient. Everyone from the front desk to the end of my visit was so friendly, encouraging, efficient and very professional. It is obvious it is a big practice but the staff made me feel like I was their first priority. They all made me feel as comfortable as you can in a medical facility. I really appreciate the way they took care of me that day and thank God for each of them.

I had all my teeth taken out in about an hour with dentures ready to go on the spot. Start to finish, it took only three appointments over the course of three weeks for a job well done.
In all honesty, at the first appointment, I was a little aggravated and grumpy that I wasn't seen at my scheduled time, due to work on the preceding patient taking longer for them than expected, but I understand that sometimes patients need patience.
Fortunately, they spent the rest of that appointment and the two following visits making up for it with amazing service and care. I would definitely recommend them to others.

Zero star's not a good experience and you had the audacity to send me a bill, really and you didn't do ANYTHING FOR ME!! UNPROFESSIONAL AND LIAR'S!! They need to throw the entire office/ company away and start over!! Never Again!!! Will I put my feet threw there door again!! You can keep your response because your opinion doesn't matter and what you may have to say, I Don't want or need to hear those Freshly Baked Lies!! Keep them, ok..

Started out great! Very little wait time, Knowledgeable tech. took ex-rays, nice hygienist, clean facility. but when I got to the Office Manager to discuss pricing, she stepped out and a nice young man, but very un-knowledgeable tried to go over pricing. He said he was training. I had already knew more about pricing than he did just by looking at the website. I felt bad for him, and was very patient. but at the end of the day, we never discussed financing or payment options or timing and other details. Too bad, I was going to pay cash.
