I called to make an appointment and asked if they accepted my dental plan. The receptionist told me to call my insurance company and ask them because she wasn’t sure my insurance covered dental as well, even though it says specifically on the card that it does. She didn’t even get the info to do a quick check! I’m sure the dentist does an outstanding job (based on the reviews) but I’d rather go somewhere the receptionist is willing to help me. I called a different place and the receptionist there gave me a quick answer and even got the insurance info to do a quick check. Very disappointed as I hear good things about this place.

I randomly chose this dental office based on closeness in location to my home. I don't really have any dental problems so this is how I usually go about choosing a dentist. It turns out, I made the correct choice! I have worked as a dental assistant in the past and so I have an idea of what to look for in an office: up-to-date equipment, competent and friendly staff and doctors and a sterile and clean environment. I just had a regular cleaning and check-up but all went well. I can't quite remember my hygienists name but I think it was Camille (?). She was really great and very gentle and thorough. I don't think I've come out of a dental office in years with my teeth looking so nice. And Dr. Hammond did my check-up and was equally as qualified and competent and pleasant to talk to at the same time.

Best cleaning I have had. This is a bold statement considering I was in the military for 32 years and have many opportunities for cleanings. Doctor Hammond is very careful about not doing unnecessary dental work. His friendly demeanor and calm approach made visiting a dental a good experience.
