Overall- pleasent experience. Each staff member has a role the receptionist who welcomes, the assistant who sets up, and the Dentist who performs. I thought each transition was smooth, wait was minimal, and staff was friendly and very helpful. I felt comfortable the whole time.

Dr. Bauer is by far the most thorough and competent dentist I have had the pleasure of going to. He is very knowledgable and stays current on all the new techniques. I like their front desk service, but I had some issues with my treatment. During last procedure, the dentist damaged my tongue's nerve, so half of my tongue has been numb for 3 months. It's slowly getting better. I also got permanent sensitivity in two teeth.

They didn’t tell me that I had 3 cavities the last cleaning I had 6 months ago until I came in again. But not until I asked if I had any cavities before they said yes they’re the same from last time. You didn’t tell me last time…
