My wife was the one to receive service and she had a great experience with the doctors and hygienists. A while after the service we received a bill that we felt was different than what was discussed with us and so we called to work it out. Unfortunately we ran into a disagreement with a person in billing that left us with a bad taste in our mouth. The next day we were given a call from Jeff who is in management who had heard about our experience. He sincerely apologized for what had happened and went the extra mile to right the wrong and we were able to work out the misunderstanding.
