Great experience - almost surreal!
My first visit yesterday to their Hamburg office went swimmingly, with good care and pleasant staff. Returned today for fillings and this visit went just as well, another great experience with no real pain during the procedure. Highlights include:
* Rates seem reasonable, even before insurance.
* They use digital dental x-rays, which are quicker than films and apparently yield less radiation exposure.
* Good communication between dentist and dental staff throughout the visit.
* Very comfortable waiting room - with WiFi!
* Enjoyed working with Dr. G, dental hygienist Candi, and dental assistant Crystal, as well as their very professional office staff.
* Bonus surprise today: during fillings procedure, Terry, their massage therapist, provided very relaxing hand and arm massages! (Since they were not too busy, I was also privileged to enjoy her back and shoulder massage chair expertise.)
How strange it is to already be looking forward to my next dental visit!

Dr. Bowen is my favorite practitioner I’ve ever encountered. She’s very kind and authentic. Every visit has been positive, and I cannot recommend her more enthusiastically. Words cannot describe the experience I received going to Beaumont Family Dentistry at Hamburg. The offices were clean, all of the staff friendly. The ambient contemporary jazz and complimentary hand/arm massage really helped with any anxiety I had first going in. The dental hygienist had an incredibly soft touch to which I felt absolutely no pain during or after. Everything was explained before and during the procedures so nothing was a surprise. I have been there twice and I won't consider going anywhere else. Jen (dental hygienist), Terry (hand masseuse), Samantha (dental hygienist) ,and Dr. Bowen (dentist) had made my experience incredible and I could not be happier. I will continue coming for as long as I am in Lexington and they are around. Thank you, thank you, thank you, and thank you!
