Dr. O'Brian was amazing, you can tell she enjoys her career and she makes it where you will enjoy your visit with them. Hands down an amazing visit. The staff is nice and talkative, the music was awsome wide genre, I even caught myself humming the music while my teeth was getting work on, that's how comfortable I was in there. The nurse I had was awsome as well. Everyone there was just sweet and friendly. I have already recommended them to some people. I will never go anywhere else if I csnnprevent it. Thank you Dr. O'Brian and the assistant I had in the room. ( I'm sorry I didn't catch her name )

From the front door safety protocols to (after my service) appointment with the bookkeeper and receptionist, this was a most pleasurable experience. Their professionalism, even during these challenging times, is unequaled. I had little to no wait time, yet each part of the staff took time to be personable. I could see and feel their smiles behind their masks.Their interactions with me as a patient fixed any anxieties associated with dental work! The hygienist and dental assistant were just top-notch. They made sure I was comfortable and informed. The doctor had an impeccable chair-side manner. I literally felt my ( over 100 pulse) calm down in minutes. As she , Dr. H) calmly explained the procedures, answered my questions, and prepped me- it was nothing short of amazing. Her techniques and skills from start to finish were absolutely phenomenal! I wish everyone could have this type of medical experience. The front desk insurance specialist took extra time to pilfer through my information and explain how the medical systems work, etc. Thanks "S"! These experiences make me feel like family.
P. S. This visit was not an anomaly, as I have been here multiple times, and the experience is the same. Kudos to the entire staff! They are a poultice to the currently bruised and suffering times. Thank the Lord for them all!

Excellent visit! Meet at the elevator and escorted to the exam room. Service was timely and professional. They took the time to listen, then explain. Following on care and regular visits can be scheduled with the dentist you feel comfortable with and that's a big plus with me.

They also kept up with my situation by calling to check in on me. Other offices I've been to seem to forget to show pride and professionalism in their practice, but not them.
