I had such a great experience here! Every single person I interacted with from the time I walked in to leaving were so nice and friendly! I couldn't get a cleaning appt until February and was there for tooth pain and they got me in for both! I would highly recommend BFD to anyone who needed a dentist!!

Had my first visit to Beaumont Family Dentistry in Hamburg as a new patient to have a wisdom tooth pulled. Dr. Danielle O’Brien did an amazing job. I was dreading a painful experience and she made it quite the opposite. She did a great job with the shots to numb everything up...even in the pallet where it’s usually quite painful. She had that wisdom tooth out super fast. All of the staff that I had interactions with were super friendly. Now I know why this place came highly recommended. I’m happy to have them as my new dentist office!!

My appointment was on time. The Dental Hygienist Tech was professional, pleasant, and efficient. The treatment was pain free. The Dentist was factual and brief...actually, I don't recall even seeing his face. He explained my dental condition, and offered professional suggestions. Beaumont Family Dentistry at Hamburg clinic helped me a lot with my dental issues. I am so glad to share my amazing experience to let other people know and to encourage them to visit this awesome dental clinic. It was my third time visit and I was so happy that even I arrived 15 mins earlier than my scheduled time they always accommodate me so I do not need to wait for 15 mins. I was so thankful to Morgan; she was one of the best dental hygienists that I’ve ever had. She really did an excellent job. She was so knowledgeable and very calm. Thank you also to Dr. Ryan or Dr. “G” for giving me a great idea about dental implant and an assurance that my dental issues can be handled at Beaumont Family Dentistry clinic. All personnel are so friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommend Beaumont Family Dentistry. Five Stars rating- isn’t enough to rate their excellent service.

Can never get this place to call me back. Always paid him in full before leaving. Was told when I broke my tooth that I could not be seen because I owed them $100 and they turn me into collections but if they never answer their phone or call me back how am I even supposed to know why I would owe them $100 when I've always paid them in full. Now I was told they could not see me until I paid the collections and had to call a different number instead of just paying them directly.

Shana was absolutely awesome! She is so personable, understanding, and knowledgeable. She even recommend a chiropractor for me (LOL)… it just shows how much she cares about her patients. I have always been hesitant to move to new dental offices, but BFD in Hamburg was a hit. Very clean and organized office, and very friendly staff. Would definitely recommend this place.
