This is the best dentist office EVER!! Everyone was incredibly nice from start to finish. They were very thorough during the examination making sure everything was good. There was a few cavities that needed to be taken care of. Instead of having to make a separate appointment they took care of everything right then and there! They made sure I was comfortable the whole time. As I was headed out Maria gave me her number in case there was any problems later (thankfully there wasn’t)! I’m actually looking forward to the next appointment! Everyone was very kind and professional!

I had a wonderful experience. They did a great job x-raying and cleaning my teeth. The staff was very polite and charismatic.

They are the best! The whole staff is caring and kind and always greets you with a smile. It's more than just a dentist office, they treat you like family and are so great with our 2 young girls who go there as well. Highly recommend them!!

I have been going to Dr Williams for about 5 years. They are awesome. In the last year and a half it’s the best it’s ever been! The staff is amazingly kind and thorough. All the women are so professional and are determined to help you with your insurance. The new office manager will do everything she can to get your benefits. Maria also gives her personal cell to every patient and calls them back immediately. Even on the weekends and on holidays. Patty is so kind, and Judy is the most gentle hygienist I’ve ever had clean my teeth. In the last year it’s been the best I’ve ever seen it! So glad to have Dr Williams and Dr, Schiavone for my family dentist. I highly recommend them!

I had a great experience at Shively Family Denistry. I have had several bad dentist experiences over the years, but I have never been so pleased as today's appointment. The doctor told me everything to expect, while made me feel better. BUT the assistant was awesome, she was nice, and explained everything that was going on with my procedures. Needless to say I will be returning, and recommend this location to everyone else. Thanks, and Happy Holidays! 😊

I never would've imagined my dentist's office would be apart of my KY family. I moved here for grad school and chose them because of their great reviews. They always take care of me and are looking out for my best interest. I love them! Especially, Maria :)

Dr Williams and his staff are very professional and friendly. I have been a patient for many years and I am very happy with Dr Williams and his staff. Living 25 minutes away I could have found a dentist closer but when you find someone who takes care you the way Dr Williams and his staff does you stay with them.

After numerous horrible experiences with dental work, extreme pain, and infections due to negligence, I was hesitant to go back to the dentist. I made it 3 years before I had a terrible toothache in the middle of COVID! My first visit was May of 2020 and they were so accommodating and really comforting. Maria is always so nice, and has helped so much in the past two weeks when I returned for a cleaning and fillings and had to change my appointments last minute due to schedule changes at my job. Knowing I am a college student, they have really kept the cost down, and made it affordable for me to take care of my teeth! Have had both Dr. Williams and Dr. Schiavone do some of my dental work, and they are both so nice and personable. They hygienist, Judy, even remembered me from my last cleaning and asked how my new job was going. LOVE this dentist, and would recommend to anyone!!

Just needed to share about a dentist and team serving our community. Drs. williams and schiavone has been the practice that has served me and my husbands needs for nearly 20 years. Now truly no one loves going to the dentist and i was one of those who would procrastinate out of fear when i was younger. But since joining this practice, i do not procrastinate. i know i am going to be treated well and i know my results will be A+! Now being a nurse all my life, i sometimes can be critical of healthcare because i know what it should look like but i can honestly say that i never leave the office disappointed. Kudos to Drs. Williams& Schiavone; . They are excellent at what they do and they know how to care for patients too. They know how to build a practice that keeps patients loyal.
