Drs. Williams & Schiavone

Thank you so much Dr's. Williams& Schiavone and staff (Family). Thank you for always being kind, gentle, patient and caring. I say it all the time but I love my Born again smile 😃. I used to be scared of the Dentist now I look forward to my visits, because I know that I am in good hands you guys work wonders your the Best. My Family and I love you guys. Mrs. Maria and Ceasia are awesome as well they are very professional and polite, everyone is Thanks you guys we love you.

Can't say enough about my experience with Drs. Williams & Schiavone and their staff! I personally have a face for radio but since my general cleaning and polishing last week, I don't need headlights when driving at night, I have been asked out three times (by my wife), and my nieces stopped crying when FaceTiming. Bright and white! 11/10 would recommend.

What a wonderful dental experience! And how often can that honestly be said? I had been to a dentist in the Georgetown area and was told that I had about 7 cavities and would need 2 crowns and probably a root canal. I could not believe that was true. I contacted Dr. Williams office and Maria said to bring my xrays to them and let them see. Maria also checked with my insurance and discovered I was being overcharged at the first dentist. Maria is THE MOST knowledgeable person about insurance and dentistry that I have ever met. She was so nice and told me the truth right up front and I did not have to have my xrays retaken, which so many dentists would have done.
I did not need all the work that the previous dentist said. I only had 2 cavities and I needed one crown, which I knew because the tooth had broken.
It was very refreshing to have such an upfront and honest experience. The staff are all wonderful, from Maria in the front office, all the way up to Dr. Williams. They went over the xrays and explained everything and they also got me in quickly instead of 2 months down the road like the other dentist did. I will recommend this dental office to everyone that I know.

I have been searching for a new dentist for over a year & I believe I have found one. Shively Family Dentistry is great! The art work & music are very soothing. Sierra, Lily, Siasia and Dr. Schiavone were AWESOME! What I liked the most is that Dr. Schiavone is the one who cleaned our teeth. I haven't had my teeth cleaned by the actual dentist since I was a child. Everyone was very friendly, knowledgeable & professional. My 10 yr old son says this was the best dental visit of his life! I highly recommend Shively Family Dentistry!

We have been going to Dr Williams as a family since the 1980's. We appreciate the kindness of everyone in the office. They care about your health and if a problem arises they will get you in to see a doctor ASAP.

I have been coming to this dentistry since childhood; although the dentists and staff have changed, the service and care continues to be excellent! Once even had a second opinion, and was told how Dr. Williams found an issue that most dentists would have missed. Thank you for your many years of serving the Shively community!

We are DONE with this office. I have been going to this office since 1971 and today was ir. MARIA THE monster jump out on my husband as soon as he walked in wanting the copay. We always pay our bills but she thinks we are trying to steal from her. They had not
even done the work yet. Glas to be done with her and all 9 members of.my family are also leaving. Have a good life Dr Williams.

BELIEVE THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS BECAUSE THEY DO HOLD VALIDITY! DISAPPOINTING but after 20 plus years I had to cute my ties. It’s apparent that the business manager/partner/appointment clerk has no accountability for her toxic unprofessional behavior. Save yourself the time THERE ARE OTHER DENTIST OFFICES IN THE AREA WITH CONSISTENT POSITIVE REVIEWS.

True there are two sides to every story GOD KNOWS IT ALL! Initially I thought to offer a rebuttal. Doc you are to do what you may to protect your business. I’ve found what kept my family coming for over 20 years. It takes 1 bad apple to spoil a whole bush! BE BLESS

THE BEST DENTIST I HAVE EVER HAD. Dr. Schiavone is so talented and takes such good care of every patient, takes the time to get to know you and makes you feel right at home.

Her staff is very knowledgeable, helpful and the friendliest I’ve ever had the pleasure of having work on my teeth. I’d recommend them to any member of my family and all my friends!

Highly recommend! I’ve been coming to this office for over a decade and have had nothing, but positive experiences! The staff is energetic and friendly! Dr. Williams is an excellent doctor is who passionate about his profession!
