All the information given to me was understandable and will definitely seek my braces needs with Lafayette mordern dentistry

As per my previous post from 2 weeks ago and first post 4 weeks a go As requested I've left 2 messages with the owner and dr. and have not gotten any return calls. Said to say. Now I have to find another dentist and dish out some more money. And again they posted to call them again
The dr or owner still never called me back. It's all great care at first til you have a problem with a crown. Now I have a excellent caring dentist ! Be wise go somewhere else. .

All of the employees were very professional and very nice. The office is very comfortable and friendly. However the one problem that I did have was the length of time it took to get things finished.

I wouldn't recommend. I went through a depression for about a year and a half straight after the loss of my daughter and while going through that I completely let go of my self care..for months I couldn't get out of the bed.. basic everyday tasks became unbearable. . Once I got my mental health together I made an appointment fully aware that I needed extensive work.. my teeth had suffered for long enough and I was ready to get the process back to normalcy. I deal with anxiety so going into the dentist was such a huge hurdle to overcome. I had cavities.. I needed a root canal.. I felt disgusting. I did vast research to find an office with a woman doctor to help me because I felt more comfortable knowing women are more nurturing and understanding. The day of my appointment came and I got called to the back for my x-ray. The Nurse took pictures of my teeth and did the x-ray for the doctor all the while saying yuck.. ugh.. making faces.. it was a terrible experience. My eyes filled up with tears because before I could even see the doctor the staff made me feel like I didn't belong there. You would think that me being there would be a clear indication that I was there to fix the issues I was having .... Nonetheless I sat through the appointment and never came back. The doctor was kind but ultimately it didn't matter after the experience with the dental assistant.

Had an extraction and exposure done without anesthetic by Dr. Erian, and this has without a doubt been the most positive experience I've ever had at a dental clinic! Having worked in service myself, I know good teamwork when I see it, and the staff here were wonderfully professional and refreshingly friendly. Any slip ups that occured leading up to the procedure were handled swiftly and without issue. Dr Erian was wonderfully communicative and understanding when answering my endless questions, and the staff at the front counter had such great senses of humor. The entire staff were wonderful about putting my nerves at ease before and after the procedure. After the initial numbing agent was applied, I experienced no pain, only varying degrees of pressure and numbness, along with a strange sensation of my fingers and toes being further away from me. Considering my nerves and the pain and discomfort I had expected walking in, I'm VERY satisfied with the care I received here, and I highly reccomend this location and its staff.

Great experience!! The staff here is so friendly and helpful! More importantly the dental work is outstanding. New patient, I got two crowns from Dr. Shank and I am very happy with them. They look great and feel great too! The staff did everything to make me comfortable and the procedure was fast compared to that options. Definately can recommend them!!

Absolutely love this team. They are very professional and friendly. I have been coming here since 2018. Every single staff member is friendly and smiling, they give you great advice and are conscious of your budget and time. Have recommended them to several people and got my mom going as well.

Today I went in for an emergency extraction. I was in a lot of pain and the tooth was infected. From the moment I walked into that office until I left Dr. Katherine Toups and her staff was outstanding. It was not an easy procedure and I knew there would be a little pain no matter how much they numbed me up. She made sure she checking in with me every 2 to 3 minutes as she was extracting the tooth just to make sure I was ok. I have been to many dentist who seem like they only want to maximize your insurance benefits and let you go on your way. She did only what was needed told me what other opportunities I had for a better smile and was not pushy. I have found my new Dentist and I’m extremely grateful that I know she will take care of me and my dental needs in the future
