Very friendly and welcoming. Everyone on staff is awesome. The most comfortable I have ever felt getting dental work done. Crowns can be made on site with a small wait, which is a HUGE plus.

Dr P has taken care of my girls for the last couple of years. She picked up where a poor dentist tried to tell me my daughter had 13 cavities. 2ndopinion: no cavities. 1 weak area that needed a sealant. Office manager has always accommodated us well... I appreciate when they call and make sure we are set for our appt and always professional; they know us by first name💞

I had my daughter's wisdom teeth pulled here and had to pay up front because they were not sure what my insurance would cover. While waiting for my insurance to pay I called the office and asked what the total amount and was given an amount. I then called my insurance company and asked them how much they were paying. I overpaid and was due the difference between what the actual cost was and what my insurance paid. When all was said and done the total amount changed in their favor, considerably. I could not get a straight answer and felt like I was being given the runaround. They ended up changing the amount closer to what the original amount was but it still was not the original amount they told me. In the future I will not be using this dentist again.

My gf has been trying to get her Wisdom looked at for going on a month now. She had an original appointment set for May 5th called in on the week of April 21st. There was no way for an earlier appointment and she had to get a prescription from her primary physician to deal with the pain in the meantime. On April 28th, the called to reschedule her appointment to May 8th. Today on May 5th they've called to reschedule again to later in the day almost clashing with her online final exam and the only other time is May 13th. I expect a call this Monday to push it to New Years
TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Would not recommend, only going because its accepts the insurance

I absolutely Love Dr. P and her staff! Gaphlin (sorry if I misspelled 😳) is so helpful and listens very well. My whole family goes here and they treat us like family! It’s a one stop shop and we LOVE them!

5 stars is an understatement. Awesome staff (front desk & clinical) not to mention Dr. Shank is also amazing! Couldn’t ask for a better experience. 10/10 recommend .

My brother had his wisdom teeth removed here by Dr. Popp and had a truly horrible experience. I'd absolutely advise against getting your wisdom teeth out here.

Had to have a terribly uncomfortable procedure done, but Krystal, Gabby, Taylor, Dr. Babineaux, and Dr. Shank were all wonderful. They explained everything they were doing and made sure i understood before moving on. Weirdly not dreading my next visit!
