Staff is friendly and nice. Enjoyed the first few visits. The had to have a root canal and a crown put in. Not long after I had a bridge put in. Costing thousands of dollars. 2 years later the crown became loose and fell off when I was just flossing. I called asking for an appointment with any dentist because of the pain. The girl put me on hold to go talk to the doctors. When she came back she then told me the next available appointment was mid September. Also my mother in law had an appointment for February and they keep calling to cancel it.

The staff was overall SUPER friendly. My dentist was present throughout the entire visit, not just for a sec at the end like most dentist offices.
However.
The entire time they were in my mouth was extremely painful. As I winced/squirmed in pain they acknowledged my severe discomfort, but failed to adjust their techniques. I have been to several dentists and have never have had to endure such torture. I simply didn't understand the need for it. It was a cleaning and X-rays and I take really good care of my teeth so the plaque build up was minimal. Even after informing them of certain sensitive areas, they must have quickly forgotten as they continued to abuse my gums... ouch!

Recently moved into the area and needed a new dentist. Chose this location based on my insurance and online reviews. EXTREMELY glad I did! I am always impressed and satisfied with the services I received during my visit. Very friendly dentist and support staff. Gafflin at the front desk is always welcoming and kind. I see Dr. Babineaux and Taylor Richards (hygienist). They were professional, very thorough in explaining procedures for me, and went out of their way to ensure my comfort levels. I would absolutely recommend this office!

Had crowns down that cost 4000 two years later one of my crowns just fell apart. Office staff said that because I didn’t go in for a cleaning that my warranty was void. Their machine makes weak teeth

About a month ago I went in for routine cleaning. My blood pressure was taken and it was extremely high. It was taken again and had remained high. Dr. Shank advised me to monitor it which I did. Began having headaches so saw an internist. Blood work came back normal. After 2 weeks and no significant improvement my internist had me start a low dose med. Today was the first day my reading was approaching normal. Thanks Dr. Shank and your staff! You saved me from a possible stroke or heart attack!

Honestly, I have always hated going to the dentist like most sane people. BUT THIS PLACE IS MOUTH HEAVEN. It's beautiful and welcoming and they gave me a blanket also there is a TV in the room which is ... Wonderful. For some reason everyone is beautiful and friendly and there was a lot of blue colored things which made me happy. I love it here and will start getting my teeth checked regularly like an adult. Yay!
