I had 10 teeth pulled and a denture put it right away. I was very nervous and had anxiety I'm not very good with shots and Dr did a amazing job everyone in the office were very nice and helpful with any questions I had. I would highly recommend this office. Thank you all for making me feel so comfortable.

The dental team here and Dr. Su are amazing! Not only are they very thorough, caring, and kind but they have gone above and beyond with my dental care and have been absolutely fantastic helping with my 2 yr old at my appointments. My 2 yr old had his first appointment as well, and they did so great with him and made it a very pleasant experience for him.

I went to this dental facility for the first time today, thinking I would be getting a routine cleaning. I had to wait over an hour to see the dentist, at which time I was informed that they don’t do cleanings on the first visit. That miscommunication was egregious and I was livid at wasting a total of 2 hours of my time for no actual dental work to be done.
That being said, the actual dentist looked at my teeth (no cleaning or anything) and was very kind as he could see I was upset. He is likely a nice man but my overall experience was TERRIBLE.

Candy is the best hygienist ever! She is genuinely so caring and comforting. The entire experience was amazing from the front desk workers to the assistants that helped with X-rays, to Dr Trieu for doing the exam. I will recommend this office to anyone!

Had an appointment for a sore tooth for 11/5/21 after I was told they take my insurance and verified me in the system. They called me the morning of that appointment and cancelled. Reset appointment for 11/8/21. I left WORK early, drove a half hour to the office, go in, where they tell me they don't take my insurance! They then blamed it on Emily in the call center saying that she wouldn't know my insurance isn't accepted there. But my question is, they knew they didn't take my insurance because they didn't even let me check in. Why didn't they call me and simply tell me that instead of 1. Going all weekend with a sore tooth and 2. Tell me they don't take my insurance??? Very unprofessional and I would not recommend this place for my dog!! Proceed with caution with these people!!!
I am not interested in calling your number, I don't need lip service. So unless your intentions are to reimburse me for lost hours at work, there really is nothing to discuss.
