You feel comfortable from the moment you walk in. They are very friendly and they listen to you and advise you of the best treatment without trying to make you take the most expensive route. The best dentist I have ever seen absolutely perfect. I will never go anywhere else.

The twins have went here a couple of time. They liked it. But ever time i call to get an appointment the receptionist puts me on hold and never returns to the line. I have attempted to make an appointment 4 times. I gave up and went back to my old dentist. They are farther away but at least they answer the phone.

Well worth the drive. Not only are they one of few offices who accept state insurance (I have bcbs complete) but they have up-to-date equipment, a friendly staff, and Dr Daood answered all my questions and helped me create a plan for all my dental needs right away. It was nice to have a doctor who understood my goals, offered me options, and weighed the pros and cons with me based on my concerns and needs rather than a purely financial outlook that many other offices focus on.
Thank you!

My dental experience at your office was unique to say the least. First I had 3 fillings done, my bite was changed in an uncomfortable way. Thought I would get used to it. It was low, teeth not meeting there. In the meantime I started the process of replacing my worn crown. A decision I regret. My first visit was typical for crown removal and casting. My second visit to get the crown placed is where things started to go wrong. Part of my post crumbled and was repaired. The new crown was not a fit or the right color. Most dentists in my experience would have immediately sent it back. I was asked if I wanted it. Being as I am not a dentist I asked what they thought. They said it looked pretty good. I was having a hard time seeing it with the bright light in my face and it being held on by a gloved hand. I deferred to their expertise judgement. It was glued in. Why if they knew it wasn't right?
I should also mention I have medical PTSD. As they were made aware. So the whole time my brain is in flight mode.
When I got home and looked in the mirror, I was horrified and totally started bawling.
Went back in. Procedure of removal and casting repeated. The day of my appointment to get the new crown, I arrived in the parking lot 5 minutes early and called in. I got the answering machine and left a message. After waiting 15 minutes, I called back. They said to come in. I was told it was a hectic day and I was late. I explained the answering machine and was told there was no receptionist to call me back and the message went somewhere else. I was a little shook up and my jaw was in a lot of pain due to TMJ. I asked if we could address that instead and check my back teeth bite as I believed it to be the cause. They said they were all ready set up for my crown. Ok, but the pain was bad.
My new crown was really thick. Lab recommended shaving down my front bottom tooth! A healthy tooth! I was stunned. Wait a minute that wasn't in the bargain! Dentist tried but I was having none of it. The first crown hadn't been that way! What was going on? I'm panicking and still very much in pain. Dentist told me I would just have to get used to it. I was so upset. Why wasn't it rejected by the dentist? I got home it was a nice color and looked nice.
I got a second opinion. That Dentist agreed it looked nice but said they should be able to fix the bite without defacing my bottom teeth.
My bite was terrible! I could barely chew and my jaw was pushed back further irritating the sore jaw. I went to my seating appointment. I was only seen by a hygienist. She shaved down the crown and at the time the relief on my jaw was good. If it was still not right in her opinion it should have been sent back again. When I got home I realized my new crown was grey! Why? It had matched well? I waited until the next morning brushing thinking it had something on it. Nope it was grey and chewing was still difficult as it was the only tooth hitting as I chewed. I was upset. I asked friends and family they agreed it was grey. This crown was a mistake. I should have left my old worn one. I called back and an appointment was made. The dentist said it could be my tooth under the crown making it look grey. He said he would talk to the other Dentist and call me back. I waited a week and called. I was told the office manager would contact me Monday. I got no call. I think your office had no expertise in cosmetic dentistry and just took my money and ran. With no intention of making it right. I'm wanting my money back as now I have no trust with your office and have to go somewhere else that knows what there doing. I am low income and had to pay out of pocket with inheritance from my parents. My boyfriend wants me to consult a lawyer. Why were they not sent back if they were not right? Why was I gaslighted into making decisions I wasn't qualified for? Why was one crown not thick and the other huge? Why was I asked to accept bad work and no other suggestions given? Give me my money back!!!! Ann Coop
