This is the best dental office I've ever been in. They were sensitive to my anxiety and the office is very welcoming and inviting. The front office staff was helpful and very kind. My hygienist was so nice. She chatted with me about my dogs and kept making sure I was okay and not too anxious. The dentist answered all of my questions and made sure she addressed all of my concerns. I will definitely stay with this office, they are great! For the first time in my life I'm not afraid to go to the dentist.

I have a huge gag reflex other dentist's made me feel like there was something wrong with me. At hillstream I was treated with respect and dignity. The staff are wonderful, caring and attentive. Very professional office and the staff are amazing. We have seeing all the dentists there and they are great and very knowledgeable. I take my little kids there and we have great experience every time we go there. And shout out to the front desk staff who are always accommodating and always make it work. I highly recommend Hillstream Dental.

My husband went here for an appointment a while back with Dr. Leath. We were told he had 6 cavities and needed a root canal. We did the root canal and he started to feel pain months after the procedure. We went to a different dentist for a cleaning and were told the root canal was botched and now infected. He might now lose the tooth. We were also told he does in fact NOT have 6 cavities, but only 2. I agree with other people that this office is unethical trying to nickel and dime people for money. Also: Mary at the front desk is rude and can't work a phone. She said she was putting us on hold, but in fact didn't, and I over heard the entire conversation she was having with the dentist, who she lied to me and said had gone home for the day. Lastly, the billing specialist who you see when you check out asked us how we were paying for our invisalign but we weren't getting that and when I told her that, she yelled if the doctor knows we changed our mind. She had the wrong patient then didn't apologize for being wrong. Then she didn't know how to run a care credit. She tried to swipe as a Mastercard because it had the logo on it (it's a high end card with $10k limit) and she apparently had never seen one before. I told her you run it as a care credit, not Mastercard, and she said not to tell her how to do her job. She ran it as a Mastercard and it was declined. She slid it with a smirk on her face across the counter saying it was declined and demanded a different form of payment. I slid it right back, and told her to RUN IT AS A CARE CREDIT and it was approved. Again, no apology for being wrong. The dentist, the receptionist, and the woman you see when you check out all need new jobs. Don't go here.
