I called this place last min, around 5:30pm after calling several other offices who couldn't see me until mid may. I told them I was in so much pain and was brought it same moment. Both the doctor and the staff were so kind patient and helpful. They walked me through everything step-by-step they were so gentle and truly made me feel heard, I was initially just coming here for some instant release but after my first encounter with them I will be permanently making this my dental office.

Although Hillstream doesn’t accept my new dental insurance, I can’t see myself going elsewhere. Dr Hubbard is an exemplary dentist!!

The staff is amazing. I was helped out by Miranda at the front desk and she was very knowledgable and professional. From there I was helped by Natalie (assistant) and Jess (hygienist). Jess is incredible. She has great conversation and I am really glad that she is who I get to work with. She makes a great first impression. Lastly, Dr. Justin Leath is an expert in his field.
Highly recommend Hillstream Dental. I moved to Clinton Township (30 minutes away from the practice) and I will still continue driving there just because of how great they are.

I've seen 3 of the four Dentists, and they were all great. Dr Hubbard was AWESOME, he fixed the bite on two crowns another dentist put on and I am now pain free after only one visit (after 2 years of suffering and multiple visits to the other dentist)!!! Also, just got my teeth cleaned by Elaine, and she is AWESOME too. No pain, no bleeding, and she did the works in under an hour!!! Absolutely the BEST Dental office I have ever had!!!

I have been going to Hillstream Dental for about 4 years. I even moved to Royal Oak and still come to this office. Every staff member is so kind and welcoming. I have had positive interactions with several different hygienists and dentists. They are all fantastic! I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for a new dentist!

I am not giving them 5 stars because they didn't do a good job scheduling my first time appointment. When I first called them, the front desk lady said they would have to split the appointment to two different days, one for Examination and X-rays as I was a first time patient. Second time again after 10 days for cleaning. I wasn't interested in 2 different appointments. Two days later when I called to cancel the appointment as I had found another dentist near my home with an open appointment, Abby on the phone said these exact words"hmm, I don't know why you were told 2 different appointments. On the 9th of July at 9am, this is a 90 minute appointment and both the exam and cleaning will be done on the same day". I repeated twice "are you sure cleaning will be done too?" She said 'YES". When I got there on the 9th, Elaine or Elena, the hygienist, said she can't do the cleaning but only the exam could be done, after I sat in the chair and while the X-rays were being taken. I asked if she could finish the cleaning too if possible. She said "I don't want to rush". I accepted. Because I really didn't want to get a half decent job done with cleaning. But 20 minutes into it, she started cleaning and when I tried to stop her, she wouldn't listen. She finished the whole cleaning in 20 minutes despite my request to do it on some other day. It didn't feel like a good cleaning experience for me. Doctor Hubbard was great. I am sure the Hygienist is really good too, she would have done a great job under different circumstances. I am not happy with the SCHEDULING part. I felt that the main reason I went there was to get the cleaning done, and didn't care much about the x-rays and the exam. Cleaning was not done properly, it was rushed. I wish they had done the Cleaning, and postponed the X-rays and exam!
