My family and I went in for cleanings today. My husband was present when dentist examined my 13 year old and said nothing to him about orthodontics. But when he examined me I asked and he talked with me about it. My husband needed a special procedure and ladies at desk explained it to me but treated my husband like a 3 year old. We have always had a good experience here until today.

Paid a premium by choosing their premier dentist, Dr. Leath, because I wanted the work done the right way the first time. Huge mistake and waste of time and money. The first crown broke within two weeks. Then, I was berated by their receptionist over paying a $100 bill for a cleaning/exam before she would schedule an appointment to fix the broken crown. A crown I paid thousands for!! The second crown still wasn’t fitted properly and left a huge gap between teeth that had to be repaired by another dentist of which I had to again pay hundreds for. That’s what you get for paying a premium to receive their top of the line care at hillstream dental. A total waste of money and time for the worst experience ever. They only care about the money, not the patient.

We've been seeing Dr Hubbard for years. He's always friendly and helpful. He explains everything during a procedure. He is awesome with kids too! My daughter is never afraid to go to the dentist. We see Cheryl for our teeth cleanings and she's great! She always tells us what's best. We've been going to her for our teeth cleaning for so long she has become our family. She is great with my daughter to! She's never rushed and always takes her time to make sure we are all comfortable. Emily in the office for appointments and scheduling is wonderful. If we have to cancel or reschedule she does her best to fit us in asap! So thankful for Dr Hubbard and all his staff!!

My hygienist today was Jessica and she was fantastic. She did a great job and kept the entire appointment lively and fun with her great personality. I normally have Elaine who is fantastic as well. The entire staff is super friendly and nice. Dr Hubbard has done great work on me as well. Highly recommend this dental office!!

It helps that the newest Dentist at this practice is my daughter but by far this is the best dental office in Rochester ! Everyone is accurately doing their jobs and you can feel the happiness going on in this office. Dr. Szurek not only well trained but she is caring and considerate and has a goal to make you comfortable coming in to see her.

Hillstream Dental was recommended to me by my friend. I absolutely love them. You can tell everyone truly cares about your well-being. From walking in the door everyone is friendly and professional. My dental hygienists Enza and Jessica are fabulous. Doctors Buscemi and Wietrzynski are absolutely phenomenal. I actually enjoy going to the dentist now! I recommended this practice to my parents and friends.

Review revisited 2021 after having the worst experience with hill stream team. I walked in for cleaning without any pain, they suggested a treatment plan, I agreed ( that was a mistake). At the end of their treatment plan I don’t use my right side anymore.few weeks in severe pain and few thousand dollars between hill stream office and the office they referred me to and never again stepping a foot in this place. The people are nice for sure but I need more than that in a dentist office.

I had a really great experience at Hubbard & Leath Dental! The office is very friendly, yet maintains a very professional atmosphere at the same time! Michelle, my hygienist was very knowledgeable and communicated well throughout my cleaning procedure! Dr. Leath was also great- he was able to work out a treatment solution for an issue I was having with one of my teeth. I HIGHLY recommend this office!!!
