Access Dental, Dentures & Implants

First visit to the dentist in a long time. They were welcoming, from the front desk to the different people that see you in the chair for different things. They were patient in answering all my questions and explaining things I wasn't aware of. I also loved it how they broke it down about how much I have to pay and how much my insurance covers. First visit was great, will update with reoccurring visits.

Access Dental & Dentures is a credit to the dental industry in Springfield, MO. I have always had the best care and treatment at affordable prices too. I highly recommend them.

I think some of the staff needs to attend classes on attitudes and learn the procedure of cleaning teeth again. Staff has sure went down hill since previous appointments. Most of the staff is polite but then you have a few that really need to learn how to treat patients. After todays visit I will not be a patient of Access Dental & Dentures. Best of luck and way to side with the snotty hygentist instead of listening to the patient.

Don't go to Access dental they scam you and your insurance. They support to make me a bottom partial and I never received it and the up denture they made me I can't wear. I went to a different dentist and they looked at the up denture and said I would never be able to wear them they wear made wrong and they should have seen I need implant denture because the bone in front of my mouth has deteriorated. I was charged for a bottom. Partial Plate that I never received. When I ask for my money back I never got a response out of them. They are Scammers.

Have gone in four times now and bite is off on dentures every time. Only one tooth ever touches even after newly "adjusted". Have spent over a thousand dollars and they ask for more money on every visit even to fix their mistake. Have been eating soup for over a month unable to chew due to not being able to wear dentures and chew with them. Going to innovative dental to fix what they screwed up.

My experience at your dental clinic could not have been more pleasant. The service was very professional as well as kind. I was treated with respect and felt like I was among friends. Heather was exceptional. Thank you for your kindness. 🙏🏻

I would not recommend this place to anyone. I was seen at the Springfield Location on 4-10-2019, they did a comprehensive exam and were going to make me a treatment plan. I was told the treatment plan would be emailed to me...here it is May 26th almost June and yet I still have not received this treatment plan. I've called them 6 time and went to their office once and every single time I get the same response " the office managers been really busy but I'll make sure she sends that to you today" or " The office manager has been out until today but I'll have her contact you so we can get that sent"... now my insurance is sending me letters saying that the claim was filed incorrectly and wanting the claim resubmitted. This is a joke, they cannot even send a simple treatment plan lol. Needless to say I have an appointment elsewhere now to get my teeth fixed since this place obviously doesn't need or want my business. BTW when I went in they told me I had infection in 3 of my molars that have broken and wanted to pull them asap, they did not provide antibiotics or anything so I've been sitting here with infected teeth waiting on these people for almost 2 months. I highly recommend you go somewhere else if you really need work done besides a simple cleaning.

I don't really like dentists lol scared of the shots . Lol but these guys are great they we're really busy but still worked me in to pull a tooth and relieve my pain I won't go to any one else! All the staff and Dr's and nurses were Awesome! Thanks again guy's!
