I love this place. They have the kindest and caring people working there. Also, they have a couple of different credit lines you can apply for to afford dentures or dentistry. Their dentures are $895 per plate. I was finally able to afford a set of dentures. I don't have the greatest credit, and I was approved for a line of credit so I could afford my dentures. I was denied credit for credit care, but the other credit line (sunbit), approved me. I am a recovering addict who has put their life back together one piece at a time. Those was a huge deal for me. I am so thankful to have found Access dentist & dentures.

I had an appointment for impressions so they could make my dentures. I only waited about a minute and they called me back. The gal that did my impressions is great. She got the upper and lower in one take each.
When I was finished and went to set my next appointment, we discussed my co-pay. The office gal said it was gonna be a much larger amount than what I had been told at my first appointment. I questioned it and so she pulled out the treatment plan and gave me the correct price. She was helpful and had no attitude. I like that. They don't take payments, so be sure to have all your money at your denture appointment.

I was pretty happy with them but the dental assistant I got yesterday didn't respond very well to my frustrations, instead i was met with a great deal of attitude, even after i explained that my frustration was not personal, her's seemed to be. I never got an apology either. The dentist was not budging on what he was willing to do for me and I didn't feel very valued or heard as a customer. Probably won't go back.

Dr Rhodes and his assistants did an excellent job of taking care of my dental needs! The support staff is excellent! I had an insurance question and it was explained to me and even though the insurance had denied it, I didn’t owe anything! I have the utmost confidence in all aspects of the practice!

1st visit, would of been 5 stars but it took months to get in. I was pleasantly surprised how smooth the visit went and found Dr Rhodes to be attentive and patient. I was there at the end of the day, very hectic, but techs and staff did great.
