Access Dental, Dentures & Implants

My 1st appt here was 6/6/18 Carrie Ann at the front desk was super sweet! I had come in after I had an emergency appt at a different dental office. The "other place" put me in even more pain than I was already in! They had me in tears & screaming in pain while continuing to work on me! I came to Access and Dr Staci Chenot and the entire staff were incredible at 1= reducing my stress, 2= making SURE I was numb, 3= removing the problem, and 4= earning my trust and a forever patient! Thank you so much for your kindness and consideration of a very nervous person!

The staff are genuine, honest and very nice. We like the doctor too and they all seemed like they wanted to help make us a satisfied patient.

Access Dental & Dentures has done me awesome to me they are there for you and when you to get your Dentures fix or to get them to be justed they work harded to fix them right so you don't have your gums hurt or what every needs to be fix on them. I have told mine people about them so they can check them out.

Nothing but a nightmare! I am now brushed forever on my upper lip, I have been stabbed in the lip, given horse teeth after they messed up my bite, given someone else's teeth, given my over bite back and now they pretty much messed up how they charged my insurance and pretty much stole the Last $250 of my credit with them! Can I give negative stars? They don't even deserve 1!

Listen I went to have ALL filling replaced I had my originals for 10 years (from another dentist) and they were great it has been 1 year and the ones they put it are coming out my teeth are SOOOO sensitive now and I don't want to go back there.

So this one I'm kind of like 🤔 my fiancee went there and they messed up the codes to get insurance to cover a certain cleaning...which wasn't fixed so he has to go back and start new which is fine I was a little annoyed with that but yesterday I took my 5 year old in for a new patient visit and she did so good a little nervous at first but the assistant Danielle did so great with her they got along well I hope she gets her each visit the dentist was very nice did great with her! 🤗

Was told I would be having surical extractions, I still have the paperwork that says so, only to have seven molars including two wisdom teeth pulled. Now, I can understand a decision change happening once seeing that the teeth would easily extract without much fuss. This was not the case. The dentist came in after me being numbed and said that he was going to "poke around" to make sure I was numb. He proceeded to start pulling the teeth one by one and didn't have trouble at first. That was until he reached my bottom back molars. He man handled my jaw from the bottom and rocked back and forth so hard I could feel my jaw joints slipping in and out. Once he was done he got up and walked away, leaving me with just the nurse. Who was very nice and gentle. She gave me gauze and my script and sent me home. Today is May 28th, two days after this nightmare and I have large lumps on both sides where the "stubborn teeth" were ripped from my jaw. It took nearly 3 hours for the bleeding to stop. I'm not talking blood tinged salvia as the paper they sent me home with said, I mean bright red blood oozing from my mouth. My incredibly numb mouth. I almost threw up a few times because I couldn't form my mouth to spit and could barely swallow. The pain in my jaw is incredible. Not pleased at all.

All I can say is stay away from this place. Our daughter went in for a hurting tooth and was told she needed a preauthorization for a root canal and they would schedule when they got approval. 2 weeks later we called back and they still had not sent in a preauthorization. Not the way to treat patients AT ALL. Office manager made up lies about our conversations and was accused of false things in the office by another office lady. Very, Very, Very, horrible customer service with nothing but excuses and lies from the office staff. Refused to give records as the dental board advised us to get and would not even give names to who they were or dealing with. I seen no license in front office area and no business cards?????

My son and I both had appointments, I showed up half and hour early with paperwork already completed before arrival as my husband goes through this place, and he brought it home to me from a prior appointment he had been to. I didn't get called back for my son til 15-20 minutes after his scheduled time. I get that children are hard to work with, especially when it's their first time seeing a dentist and the anxieties that come with it, but he was barely even looked at. Note was taken and I was supposed to get a call after they got in contact with Jordan Valley for referral. Then, my turn.. I waited and waited after my x-rays. Hygenist poked at teeth and let me know that I would need a deep cleaning on bottom. Didn't get done though and then I waited and waited again for the dentist to come in, which he or she never did. It was running into time for me to be home to grab my son from school so I aggravatedly had to leave the place. Was supposed to get a call about treatment plan and next appointment for me.. have yet to receive that. THEN.. I leave to get an email saying what was billed, I get billing for the x-rays, but why should a dentist get paid for an evaluation when i had no contact with a dentist, no dentist came in to discuss my xrays .. will be looking further into this and letting someone know of this. What a joke! Recommending someone to this place? No, thanks.
Since this visit.. I also took my child to Jordan valley, who did a thorough check up on my child, has next visit scheduled and everything went great. Also found out they hadn't even been contacted by access. Funny.

Gettin my teeth taken out was done in bout an hour very accurate and clean work done the dentures fit amazingly. Gums don't hurt and can't see any swelling on the outside.
