Front office people were very nice. All the dentists and dentists assistants were very professional and helpful and definitely understanding of my situation. They had an amazing plan in place to get a smile that I want. The payment lady was ok. Not sure I really like the guidelines for a pymt plan. You have to have good credit to get your teeth fixed and make payments on it. And you have to pay for the procedure before they will even schedule an appt. I was nervous about going for this exact reason. Now it's basically put on hold until I can get $5000. A little disappointed because of this. But before talking to the pymt ppl the place was amazing.

They didn't even take my name, number or address correctly over the phone, nothing was correct on my form and the office staff was rude and overwhelmed me. I thought I was going in for x-rays and a routine cleaning. I had been told they take my insurance when I spoke with them the day before, but once there they said no or were unsure and had to contact my insurance company. While waiting for confirmation, they took x-rays, didn't explain to me what all was going on. Then I was taken to an exam room. The chair was dirty and rather disgusting. I then had someone come in and check my gums and yet still no answer on whether my insurance would be covering all of this as I was worried about a huge bill at the end. Then the dentist came in and stated how horrible my gums were, infected, I have 8 cavities and I need all this work to be done. I asked why in less than two years since my last dental visit would all this happen, such as a medication, etc... the dentist had no replies. All he wanted to do was sell me an expensive spin brush and water pick for which I have no funds to buy. I was told my gums are infected and need antibiotics and yet I was not even given a prescription. Instead of a basic clean to start with, I was whisked off to a room to see if I qualified for credit to pay for everything..... they ran my credit twice, tried to even use my mom's care credit account to find the funds to get things set up so I could get a cleaning and my prescription. I did ask about higher fluoride toothpaste and if that would help, again no answer except that would be very expensive, but this I know is covered by my insurance. I wasn't even given a script for it. It seems all they wanted was for me to have good credit to run up some huge bill there without answering questions, offering any guidance or really treating me with respect. It is nothing more than some corporate run, let us make lots of money of our customers, wal-mart type of dental care. The place was dirty, the staff was rude, I was left with no help, no questions answered, no scripts, just very sorry gums and a huge list of all they want to do to my teeth. I left feeling used, and thrown away. Horrific experience at best. Just horrible. I would highly recommend to stay far away. I was always told they would work with you on a payment plan that didn't require credit checks and such.... but even if they did, I am seeking a second opinion by a competent dentist that might be able to explain why my teeth are having such issues. Left frustrated, angry, mad and upset and I felt dirty.

DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!!!

Worst experience. If I can give zero, Then it will be zero rating. I went here for annual cleaning, which my insurance covers.
They took ~20 x-rays, Unnecessary exposure to radiation.
They did the charting and said I need deep cleaning. for this my out of pocket will be $1200 after insurance. The Lady who was explaining the bill very cryptic manner and I understood that she is not telling the truth. I asked them everything on paper and went to different clinic for second opinion. surprisingly they said my out of pocket maximum will be hardly $150-$200. Now I am in doubt about their diagnosis of charting.

They are money hungry. I would suggest DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!!!.

FYI-

Before writing this review, I called them to explain the other clinic opinion. They put me on Hold and no one answered for 15 mins.

I didn’t even get to go and I spoke with one of the representatives and let them know that I wouldn’t be able to make it in 15 minutes prior to my appointment because I live really far away and my school is really far away also they told me it was OK. When I went in I ran into rush-hour so it took longer than expected to get there and I was about 10 minutes late the representative Pamela was very rude she kept talking over me on the phone as I was trying to explain myself she kept cutting me off when I got in she was just being so rude , gave me such an attitude it was such a bad experience I will not go back I didn’t get to see the dentist but they definitely lost a patient because of Pamela . Her make up was also very because it didn’t look clean as a healthcare provider and the face of a dentist office make up should be very light and clean that was kind of disturbing.

My first time here was a success! The dentist made time to fit me in for an extraction and I'm very pleased. The pain is gone and I'm proud to say I'll be back for some more much needed work.

Extremely nice! Very easy to work with! Everything done there without having to be sent to an oral surgeon. They took our insurance which was a huge deal! I would recommend them to everyone!!!

Ive never had problem here before but my last visit was horrible. I went there to have a tooth filled. They told me after scraping away all of my tooth they couldn't fix it that I need to pull it or have a root canal. Then they packed it with a temporary filling. I wanted it pulled then but I needed t make another appointment to have it pulled. As soon as I got home the temporary filling came out and the nerves were so exposed I could feel the air through the numbing medicine. I ended up going that night to Emergency Dental and having it pulled for cheaper then what Aspen was going to cost.

I went to them for an emergency. They took me within a couple hours, researched my insurance for me since i didnt have a card and fixed my tooth with the least amount of pain that could be expected. Very happy that i called them. They went out of their way for me and it was very appreciated.

Wanted 600$ for a deep clean, 4 cavities, and a toothbrush with insurance. Went to two other local dentist for second opinions. Both agreed I only had 3 cavities and the total for that and deep clean was $80.00. Also I had to wait 45 mins for unfriendly staff. New dentist had cavities filled in 30 minutes.
