I made an appointment for my Son and he raved about how wonderful it was!
I made an appointment for me (and I hate the dentist) but they sat down with me and talked with me.
It was truly a top-notch experience!

I've been here over a total of three times now to get work done, the first two visits were to get wisdom teeth pulled and they were nice enough and I got a decent deal on the extractions and offered free xrays. I had to go in yesterday to get a filling done on a back molar that was bothering me but not to the point of an emergency. They did a test to see if I needed a root canal first and it was fine. They did say that I'll eventually need a crown done but I decided to go with a filling for now. Now to start with my complaint, I called before I went in and the woman over the phone said that I would need to pay 73$ for an exam, cool that's fine whatever, then she said I wouldn't be charged if they needed to do an xray since the last one I had done was last July for my wisdom teeth. She said (if) I did need an xray and I didn't have to take it somewhere else then they wouldn't charge me for it. Well, they charged me for the xray and the exam and wanted 123$. I didn't argue I don't like confrontations, it was trivial, so I'm like whatever I'll pay it, I need to get a filling asap. So of course They try to push the crown and before I came in I read online that crowns should cost about 600$ typically and they wanted 1200$! Hell no! I feel like I was robbed by paying 400$ for the exam, xray, and the filling... I came back at 430 p.m. for the procedure and the front desk woman was very rude to me. I waited over a half an hour to even get things going. They said they had to clean one of the rooms, and the room I was in still looked tacky. The woman that did my filling was trying to say different things like she probably wouldn't be able to do the filling even though the other dentist I talked to earlier said it would be a breeze. She even had me sign a waiver that if she drilled and couldn't do the filling then i would have to go elsewhere, that made it feel sketchy right there. So someone was lying and trying to upsell the over priced crown...and the dentist and the assistant seemed like rookies and took an hour on one tooth... I kept choking on the water and kept having them stop to suction my mouth, and it was freezing in the room as well. I was shivering the whole time and I kept getting nervous because they seemed new. Also by the way very unprofessional assistants taking my xrays as well, talking about things outside of work (very loud) and had to redo my xrays because she didn't know what she was doing! Even the finance lady was new and didn't know what she was doing. Back to the dentist she kept trying to fill my tooth (after 5 or 6 tries) and I feel like she did a bad job because I can feel the side bottom of the tooth and it feels ridged and not smooth. After everything was done she said "I don't know how long the filling will last, so make sure you come back in and get a crown asap", so did you do a bad job on purpose? Did I just waste 400$? It's suppose to last me a while I was lead to believe... After they sat me up I felt pretty dizzy because I have vertigo issues and they tried to rush me out the door because they closed, (also why I think they did a bad job and rushed it). I just don't ever want to come back there ever again. I've been to other small offices and they were so much more polite and did better work, and never tried to suggest things that i might not need currently, and would be cheaper! Everyone has different experiences and my first two were great, but...never again.

I went in to get a tooth pulled. They had to do x-rays we only did a partial that way I may have had the opportunity to get it pulled. Not only were they able to do the X-ray but they were also able to pull my tooth and finish the operation within 30 minutes total. Very fast especially since I am a new patient to them and I will continue to go to them.

They took ~20 x-rays, and all I had was one sensitive tooth that ended up not being a cavity! Unnecessary exposure to radiation! I am not happy with this place. I learned from a dental hygienist friend that this type of x-ray procedure is not common, especially for someone with such minimal complaints of pain. Never going there again, and telling everyone I know not to go there!

Didn't wait long to see the dentist. The staff in the front was friendly and helpful. I have not gotten my results before this review but I am confident the results will be well worth my time.

I first went to Aspen Dental because they offered a free consulation and x-rays. I have been very impressed with the quality of service they have provided me and the friendliness of the staff. They have flexible hours which is nice with a constantly changing work schedule. I will continue to have my dental work done at the Oakview Aspen Dental.

I've been going here for several years and I always have a pleasant experience. The staff is very accommodating and the dentists are knowledgeable and very friendly, and not scary ... And let's face it, that's important.

I left confused with the many dental plans Aspen has. 1) warranty on the teeth, 2) time/ Vists need to get the teeth.3) the alveo procedure needed 4) The in General aspect of what I need have? But they were nice to me they did try to explain the procedure ; I left confused.
