first I want to preface this with saying I have a severe fear of the dentist. I’ve been treated not so kind in the past, and due to money reasons I haven’t been able to upkeep my teeth as I well as I probably should have. Dr. Velayo and her staff took EXCELLENT care of me and not once did I feel judged or looked down upon. They have done a wonderful job creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere(despite COVID-19) that I would recommend to any body!

I came in today with a pretty gnarly broken molar (totally embarrassing!) it seemed like a lost cause to me, I figured they’d 100% have to pull it because of how bad it was. Dr. Velayo felt confidently we could save the tooth and with the help of Amber (I really hope I remembered her name because she was wonderful!!) we came up with a totally do-able and affordable payment arrangement. I didn’t feel gauged or up-sold at all which is a first from a dentist for me. They fixed my broken molar temporarily until my next appointment and I left the office feeling good, again which is a first for me.

Just wanted to say thank you to the staff for just being so kind and not-judging and for staying positive during these crazy times and working so hard to help everyone. It doesn’t go unnoticed!!!

Not happy. Drove halfway around town to get there to have my daughter's teeth cleaned in time for the opening of school only to find out my scheduled spot which I scheduled for six months was given to someone else. The girl in the front not much of a help. She keeps saying sorry but I feel like she thinks it's my fault that the new policy took effect that they were confirming the appointments but since I did not confirm and I didn't check my voicemail for the confirmation it's my fault. She was saying that the practice gives preference to the time of the doctors in there because some patients don't usually show up on Saturdays. My question is if "us" the patients are not around will they have a practice? We live in a society where people have no customer service. It's all about them. I lived here in Vegas for 25 years and I cant find some caring dentists. Gone were those days. It's all about them.

Amazing experience with Chelsea! Chelsea truly cares about her patients. I was under a lot of stress due to the pain of needing two root canals, and Chelsea, at the front desk, went above and beyond to ensure I was taken care of in the best way possible. Thank you so much for your excellent service, Chelsea!

Love this office !! Everyone is very friendly and efficient. The office is modern and even offers same day crowns which is very convenient for me and my busy schedule . Highly recommend this location and all of their dentist !

Must be under new ownership. Waited 45 minutes from appointment time. Then once seen cleaning was completed in 10 minutes. Paid $90 for three teeth to scraped and a polish. Coming from someone who gets my teeth cleaned every 4 months for over 30 years this was the worst cleaner ever. My teeth were not cleaned at all! Would advise to look at other dentist who actually clean your teeth and give you service that you pay for.

Absolutely amazing! From my first visit for a consultation to my appointment last week. The staff is very friendly and I loved that they went out of the way to help me figuring out some stuff with my insurance. They don't try and push you into anything, they want you to do what is best for you. They really care about you as a patient. I would definitely recommend to others.

Everyone there is extremely friendly ! Amber is always very helpful. I'm always seen at my appointment time and out in a timely matter. Dr Velayo is very thorough and explains everything in detail. She even called to follow up with me on some work I had done. I'm so glad I found this place.

Dr. Saloni Luckoor took my last baby tooth out without any pain and was very kind the whole time. I also had a chipped tooth which was fixed quickly with no discomfort or pain. Some teeth in the back also had to be filled to reduce the risk of developing cavities and that was done quickly

Two days before Thanksgiving, my upper left partial bridge that had been put in by a dentist in CA, totally came loose! Of course, I panicked... I called my insurance company, Humana Advantage & asked them for a recommendation of a local dentist. The first on the list was Dr. Velayo. I called the office & was TOTALLY amazed by the understanding & help by Amanda who IMMEDIATELY got me in to see Dr. Velayo.

Talk about THE BEST DENTAL EXPERIENCE EVER!

Dr. Velayo came out to the waiting room & introduced herself to my hubby Bob & me; then her tech, Taylor took me back to the x-ray room & believe me, by that time, every emotion possible had kicked in - Thanksgiving - friends - missing bridge - a lifetime of dental fear - etc. Taylor looked at me & asked if I'd like a hug - which I did - & then the fear, the tears & all the emotions went away. Taylor was amazing...!

Then Dr. Velayo came in & just when I thought my "lifetime dental fear" would kick in, her patience & understanding totally overwhelmed me. The Doctor & Taylor had my bridge reconnected in minutes; the bill was unbelievably low & every lifetime fear I've ever had melted away.

Dr. Velayo, Taylor, Amanda, Green Valley Smiles Dentistry is now my lifetime dental office - AND - I totally & completely recommend them to everyone. (And our Thanksgiving was saved because of these awesome people!)

PLEASE don't be afraid anymore... This is a dental experience that will negate every childhood fear you've ever had...
