Everyone at the front desk was warm, friendly and welcoming. The dental hygienist Nadine and Dr. Chung were amazing. They were knowledgeable, funny and so easy to talk to! Nadine and Dr. Chung made for a great first visit and will definitely be going back.

I came in for a root canal and crown on the same day. Been there for 3 hrs because of all the treatment and stuff but no biggie at all compared to doing multiple visits. They are contracted with most of the dental insurance that I know of. Also, there’s no dull moment with the staff, they all love to educate their patients profoundly regarding the procedure/service they’ll undergo. And Dr. Velayo does not recommend something totally unnecessary for your dental needs or oral health unlike other dentists that I had prior being here ☹️. Financial and dental wise? You can discuss it with them explicitly while giving you different payment options that suits your budget. Take it from me, I’ve been here several times and will definitely make this my preferred dental provider due to the excellent service 👍🏼👍🏼

Love love love this office. I don't like going to the dentist but they always make me feel comfortable. I always see the same hygienist Emily, bright red/orange hair. She did an amazing job on cleaning my teeth, knowing they aren't in the greatest shape with the lock down for over a year. Office is very sanitary and they follow all guidelines which made me feel safe getting my cleaning. Would recommend to anyone looking for a forever dentist. Great work!

This is among the most positive experiences I have ever had at any dentist's office. Everyone--from the front desk staff to the technician, hygienist, dental assistant and the dentist--are absolutely amazing. During my first visit, my first hygienist was very kind and knowledgeable when I needed a lot of additional care after delaying my cleanings due to Covid. I was worried about my second visit with someone new, but she was equally incredible. They walk you through procedures and everyone checks-in about your pain, your questions, and explain their observations during the cleaning and the medical examination. Thanks to everyone at this office, I feel I have a stronger understanding of what I should be doing to maintain my teeth, and they communicate very clearly what they observe during the cleanings. Their booking systems is also excellent. They scheduled me ahead for my next two visits and now that I've taken the time to figure out their online system, that also helps me keep track of everything I need prior to appointments. I'm definitely staying at this office long-term. I love everything about them. I've tried at least 3 different dental offices in town over the past 10 years and this office offers exceptional care. I didn't know what I was missing in a dentist visit until I found this place.

Most comfortable and wonderful experience. I was a new patient and the staff was amazing and kind. Nadine is kind and sweet she completed my x-rays. My dentist was Dr. Karimi, he was soft spoken, kind and took time to explain everything. Emily was my RDH, gentle & extremely thorough with my cleaning. I’ve never had such an amazing cleaning. The office has exceeded my expectations! I can’t wait to bring my teenage daughter.

I just had an emergency crown done by Dr. Velayo. They were able to fit me in on short notice, and the crown was made same day in the office. So it was super easy.

The cost was clearly communicated before the procedure. No surprises at all.

I love this practice. They do great work and are always super professional with administration and billing. I wish it was this easy when i need to see other medical offices.

The best dental office in the world. I used to be scared of going to the dentist and needles, but this office has made me feel so comfortable I actually look forward to getting my dental treatment. Dr. Velayo is the best, I will never go anywhere else. Thank you so much. I highly recommend making this office your primary office for all your dental solutions, the staff is extremely friendly and the equipment is state of the art. Can’t say enough good things honestly

This office was recommended to me by my best friend and my grandma and I 100% understand why. I had nothing but great experiences from the time of check-in to the time I left. The front desk personnel are extremely friendly. Nadine did my x-rays, she was super friendly, Dr. Valayo is an all time champ. She did everything for me from billing, payment, to scheduling my next appointments because she wanted to help her team and that is the sign of a great leader. Charmaine (sp?) Was my hygienist at this appointment and she was also exceptional and patient. Kudos to this practice. They go out of their way to make sure you are comfortable, they also go out of their way to explain everything thoroughly and make sure to answer any questions you have.

I feel so lucky to find this office, I have been in and out of so many dental offices for the past 6 years without hope. I had so much that needed to be done and prices were so high for me. Even when I did pay for treatments out of pockets because it's not covered by insurance, the quality of work was horrible. Doctors didn't seem to care or do what's best for my condition. the staff is very friendly at this office. Doctor Luckoor was very kind, caring, gentle and she brought back my smile without being too abrasive to my vey sensitive teeth. She have a big heart which is very hard to find these days specially in the medical industry all together. I really can't say enough about my visit other than me having new mouth in the same day without spending all that I have in my bank plus having pleasant people caring for me. big thanks to the doctors and staff, we need more people like you.

Have to share how great my experience was, first of all coming from a long history of horror dental stories the staff here have been the best so far. Very patient with me when I have questions, and while I was getting work done doctor took her time. I also never felt rushed or overwhelmed, so far I’m so happy with the crown I got I no longer have a sensitive tooth. Hope this helps everyone.
