It had been a while since I stepped foot in a Dentists office because well, it’s the dentist. To say I was nervous is a huge understatement but there I went on my first appointment. The front desk staff was super friendly and all the COVID guidelines were in place.
I met with Yadira and Dr. Luckoor who were both very professional. They knew it had been a while so made sure I felt comfortable and went over the things I needed to get done.
I then met with the gal that goes over the insurance portion (forgot her name - blonde gal) and she was super helpful. After all the information was communicated I then made my first appointment for a root canal and crowns. Dr. Brad took care of the root canals and he was also very friendly. I went on to see Dr. Luckoor again a few more times and every time I went back she remembered me and now I definitely feel way more comfortable. I am so glad I found this place and an awesome doctor. Thanks for the great service!

My experience at this location was amazing. The facility is more like a spa than a dentist office. Dr. Velayo and her staff were incredibly professional, friendly, and really took care of me. Not only did they do a great job with my new inlays they made a point to ensure I was comfortable and understanding of the process prior to beginning treatment. I would highly recommend this practice and specifically this location to anyone looking for top notch dental care.

My wife & daughter are patients. I decided to schedule a new patient visit & cleaning for myself. I called once in the AM & twice in the early PM. Each time placed on hold for "extended" waits (last call at least 15 min) until I decided to hang up. My ladies like Dr. Velayo, but also have noted CS deficiencies/delays with front staff. I won't be calling back & likely moving the family to another more attentive office.

Their recording says you can have a crown done in under 2 hours in-office...unfortunately, it will take you 2 hours to get an appointment.

The staff is extremely kind and helpful. Each person has a wonderful bedside manner and actually cares about their patients. Dr. Evan is a prime example of this. I was supposed to get a temporary crown until my permanent one was made. He made my permanent one within minutes for me—even staying after to cement it (without charge! 😊). The staff here also knows how to relate and communicate with their patients. I'm scared of dentists but I know this place is a safe environment. The dentistry itself is modern and clean. I've discovered new and efficient technology since going here. Regardless of all this, the most important aspects are the little things. The way the doctors are willing to explain things with patience or when they give you sun glasses to wear. I have only been here a couple of times, but this has been my best dentistry yet.

I HIGHLY recommend Green Valley Smiles! Dr. Luckoor is seriously the best dentist! She makes me feel very welcome and comfortable every time I see her. She recently has been guiding me through my Invisalign process and it’s been such an awesome experience! The entire staff is super friendly and goes above and beyond to make your office visit enjoyable. I feel very lucky to have found Dr. Luckoor!

Horrible experience from the beginning to the end. I made an appointment for tooth pain and gum swelling. They advised that my wisdom teeth needed to come out. So, I scheduled the consultation with the oral surgeon. The first visit they were supposed to send antibiotics to my pharmacy and they didn’t do that. I had to follow up because I guess they forgot to send the prescription. A week later, I came to my consolation and apparently, the doctor couldn’t even show up lol He sent his assistant and she basically just told me the financial point of removing my teeth, nothing about the actual procedure. Fast forward to two months later, I am one week away from my procedure and the doctor just now reviewed my X-rays and realized that my teeth was too close to a nerve and he is requiring more scans. Why he didn’t realize this before, I have no idea. They didn’t even schedule the appointment for me–they wanted me to call a different place to get that scan done before my 02/05 procedure. I called this place like once a week prior to my appointment to also see how much this would all cost and they weren’t able to provide this. I know they needed to check with my insurance, but the fact that they would just tell me they couldn’t tell me was annoying. Anyways, I wouldn’t recommend this place. I cancelled my procedure. If the doctor barely reviewed my X-rays despite being there two months...I wouldn’t trust him with my mouth.

I have had nothing but bad experiences with this dentist office. The most recent problem was needing to fix a chipped tooth. The problem happened at night so I called the emergency line and was on hold for over an hour to speak with someone and then make an appointment for the next day. The next day the appointment that was no more than 15 minutes of work total with the dentist and assistant lasted 2 hours. I had problems with the filling that was put on, it felt soft and like I couldn't chew on it but was told it was fine and the filling was bigger than my original tooth. About 2 weeks after the fix the filling fell off. A filling should last more than two weeks and now my insurance will likely not pay for this new repair because the filling should last for more time. For my regular cleanings with them the appointments were also very behind and took way longer than they should have. I have not felt like my dental needs were adequately taken care of and heard, along with not respecting my time.

Love Green Valley Smiles Dentistry! I have gone to a lot of dentists in Las Vegas/Henderson over the years and I finally found a home. They are very good and the nicest people you will ever find. I am scared to death of the dentist, but they are helping me get over it. The prices are good, and they have all kinds of finance options. Any one looking for a new dentist you should try them. I know you will be as happy as I am.
