We were here on holidays. My husband was in terrible pain due to a toothache. The staff were very friendly and fantastic. They did x-rays, followed by a check up and then wrote a prescription and got him on his way. We would highly recommend this dentistry!!

Everyone knows going to the dentist is a common phobia among people of all ages. So I just wanted to write a review of my experience with YOU and Mac Donald Ranch Modern Dentistry .Your SERVICE really stood out to me with all of the dental work I have had over the years. My 1st visit here, the very moment I walked in the door I was greeted with a warm professional welcome from the front office ladys as they proceeded to check me in with the "Added" Safety measures due to Codvic-19. I Do not want to forget my dental assistance ladies as they were friendly and fun and they made me feel at home as they prepped me for my procedures, and this ladies will NOT forget to get you in the computer for your next appointment.(LOL) Thank You Ladys!! Your Really Doing Your Job well and It is Noticed.
My Doctor in this office was "Dr. Caitlin Gunn".....OMG!!!!! she was awesome in making me fell comfortable as she explained to me all that we would be doing step-by -step, she numbed me and when she pulled those tools out, YES the fear came but as I noticed she was gentle and comforting so we got the job done, even if she had to continue with a little more anesthesia to make sure I felt no pain. I have had to come about 5 times and YES, and I looked forward to coming in, NOW REALLY who in ther right mind looks forward to going to the Denist? That is Why I wrote this review....." This Is a Dentistry That You Will Look Forward to going to for Great Service and Satisfied Work.
The Finish Product for me was a" Fantastic Pair of Dentures" That fit well because she left No Steps out in making sure they would fit.

Dr. Caitlin Gunn is absolutely amazing. Her good nature puts you at ease and her recommendations for your dental health are top notch. The office staff and hygienists are welcoming and knowledgeable as well.

I agree with Jannell. This place is messed up and creepy! I have a beautiful teeth. I chipped a microscopic piece of the tongue side of one of my front teeth. Instead of being safe and open and telling me what my options were, the dentist regaled the whole tooth. Now my smile is off, because I have one tooth longer than the other. He didn’t tell me what it was going to look like or what my options were. A doctor ALWAYS tells you your options. SO SAD. I’m pretty sure they tried to sell me something on that appointment as well. They pushed so hard to do my implant- NO WAY!!!!! I went to Henderson oral surgery as you should too if you need a specialist- NOT a dentist.

I cracked a tooth on Sunday and they had me in the office the next day. The service is always exceptional from the time you schedule the appointment until you walk out the door.

The staff, tech and dentist always treat me well and explain the procedure plus options. Great job again as I see them for cleanings, dental health and veneer maintenance.

I had a root canal and crown done there. Very clean and professional. They sold me a crown that was instant. I thought it was very cool to get a crown at the same appointment. What I wasn't advised and didn't know is that the crown is a round weird shape tooth, not actual tooth shape. Its weird and doesn't feel right. I had no idea until after the fact. Also, more importantly, months later I had pain in the same tooth that had the root canal. They did free images and found that it needed to be redone as the first time did not reach all the nerves. They wanted to charge me full fees to redo their failed procedure that was originally done and paid in full. With dentistry, I'm picky. Its not like a burger joint. The work must be done correctly and the doctors must stand behind their work. When they told me I wouldn't even get some kind of reduction of fees to redo the root canal, I'd had enough and found a new more professional dentist who stands behind their work and takes the time to detail everything. Its too bad. I like Dr Martinez, he's a nice guy, but he has poor business ethics and it's his name on the door. He is responsible for all procedures under his roof. Therefore I point to him for the poor decision to not offer any type of remedy when I confirmed their procedure didn't take. With fierce competition in the dentist industry, I do not recommend MacDonald Ranch Modern Dentistry.

Dr. Martinez and the staff here are AMAZING!!!

I lost my smile about 5 years ago. I had lost hope of ever smiling or eating certain foods again till I came here. Dr. Martinez went above and beyond to help out and make me feel welcome, relaxed and most of all give me back my smile, which means giving me back my life, family, and friends and stop hiding from the world.

They helped me come up with a game plan financially so that it was affordable, treated & spoke to me like a person not a number. They have state of the art equipment and the friendliest staff.

I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND coming here!! I will never go to another dentist again. I have referred friends and family to Dr. Martinez and they loved him and the staff too!!

I cant stress enough if your looking for a fantastic dentist and great experience go to Mac Donald Ranch Modern Dentistry today!!
