i’ve always been super nervous to go to the dentist but Dr Martinez is the best! everyone working in the office is super nice too which helps a lot with my anxiety.

Total scam artists! I can’t in for my cleaning and initial visit , tried to sell me $500 in cleaning and when I said , I’ll just do a regular cleaning and they girl said that’s not what he recommends,
So she will see if he will do my upper teeth.
At that point, I just said.. “no , thank you@
And walked out.
They also tried to sell me a 111.00 a year plan for discounts. I felt like I was in a timeshare presentation! No, Thank You!

Totally agree with the other reviews, I was aways being sold something. Wouldn't do my partner's cleaning because they claimed she needed some extra work (over $300) before they could do the clening. Seems like insurance fraud and upselling like you are in a store or something. They are really like car salesmen and get upset when you don't buy something.
They recommended that my son needed braces, waited months for the orthodontist only to be told, not lets wait and watch the teeth. But they are growing in crooked and don't have space in his mouth for all of the "grown" teeth to come in, so now I need a second opinion.
Rude and refused to see my children over being 2 minutes late. I was told there was a 15 minute grace period and walked in at 217. I was here at 215, but I was scolded and told I could just go somewhere else. Been coming here for years but after this, I will never deal with these people again! Wish I could give no star. No one in the office and tried to say they were at capacity. Just petty and rude and no compassion for the patient and the crazy life and world we are living in right now. Then I was told I was being threatening when I was just talking normally. I feel they called me threatening because of my skin color! Not cool at all!!! COMPLETE DISCRIMINATION!!! It's a horrible feeling to be clled threatening when that's what black and brown people are called in an excuse to execute and murder us daily. Really added to the trauma I feel everyday living in America.

Feel like I've been swindled for the last 4 years and then got discriminated against over being 2 minutes late for a kids cleaning which shouldn't even take long.

Hi my name is Nic. I first started my adventure with Dr. Martinez almost 2 year’s ago. I came in with I think 5 missing teeth and 4 broken infected teeth. I was in so much pain but that was my normal. My face had swollen and I was sick. Dr. Martinez and his fantastic staff took me into surgery the next day. After feel so much better he talked to me about how I could get my smile back. I cried and knew I couldn’t afford it. Then Jenna came in. Oh again how I love the staff at McDonald Ranch Modern Dentistry! She worked out how I could make payment’s and get a credit card I was so pleased with the fact that they all wanted to help me and give me all the direction I would need over the next 2 year’s. We went through surgery, fake teeth to hide my missing one’s so I didn’t cry everyday. “Dr. Martinez did not have to make these for me but he gladly did” probably so I’d stop crying every week when I came in. Lol. Over month’s of seeing my new dental family I ended up with a beautiful smile that I’m so proud of, my self esteem back and most importantly my health. I suffered for year’s with pain and hiding my smile but thank’s to Dr. Martinez and the amazing staff at McDonald Ranch Modern Dentistry I’ll never struggle to eat or smile again. Without the help, kindnesses and guidance I would have never been able to afford this amazing smile. Thank you so much too Dr. Martinez and the staff. Jenna and Tiffany you stuck through the tear’s and laugh’s more tear’s than anything and I’m so grateful. In ending I don’t know what I did to deserve this amazing gift but I’ll always be so thankful. Now let’s get rid of these mask’s so I can show the world the amazing smile that Dr. Martinez gave me. Thank you!

McDonald Ranch Modern dentistry is an amazing dental clinic. The staff are very friendly and helpful, and the Doctors are the best in town.

Professional, friendly, efficient, great communicators, not preachy (like other dentists I’ve visited), timely and honest. A great team I’ve used for 7+!years.
