On their website it advertises X-rays, exam and cleaning for $49, but that’s just to get you in the door.. I don’t doubt I could use a deep cleaning (for their quote of $800) but they refused to give me the regular $49 cleaning as advertised for the moment.. I left and I won’t be going back..They were incredibly pushy.

Came here for a quick filling. The service at the time was good not so sure of the quality of work. My filling came out a week later. I also put down a $100 deposit for a cleaning and I called and canceled 24 hours in advance (what the appt card said) the office manager said no it's 72 hours. After complaining, he said he'll refund and to call back a week later which I did and no refund, no call backs after numerous attempt via phone and their website. Never recommending anyone here!!!

Wow is all I have to say about MacDonald Ranch Dentistry and Dr. Gunn!!! Going to the dentist isn’t fun for everyone but Dr. Gunn makes my experience as pleasant as possible. She takes the utmost care and is so through with her work and explanations. I’m so grateful to have found her and this office. Thank you!!!

Going to this dentist office is a dream. Dr. Gunn is so warm and kind. The staff here is amazing and so sweet! They take many Covid precautions and the office feels very safe.

Called to make an appointment for cleaning, xray and exam. Decided not to make the appointment because cleaning was over $600. I told the receptionist (Jennifer) that I changed my mind and she hung up on me. I called right back and she picked up the phone and hung it up! I called from my home number a few minutes later, she answered, and told her how unprofessional that was and she claimed she didn't hang up. What the heck?? So unprofessional. I will never ever go here, nor would I recommend it to anyone. Front office staff is very important!
